Vettery markets itself as better than a job board because of its candidate relationships with account executives. However, I found whenever I asked them to check-in with candidates, they were unable to reach candidates or provide any insight. The platform is as expensive as using a high end recruiter. You definitely can sort through tons of candidates, but there's definitely work involved in identifying, screening, and vetting candidates early in the funnel, that a recruiter would take care of.
