However, I found whenever I asked them to check-in with candidates, they were unable to reach candidates or provide any insight. Therefore, great way to find candidates, but they didn't have the 'agency' relationship so I didn't buy their high cost selling points **Recommendations to others considering Vettery:** Great tool, and I do recommend adding to your recruiting subscriptions. Beware of overpaying and negotiate with the sales rep **What problems is Vettery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tapping into another database of qualified candidates. Much warmer introduction than a job board or LinkedIn ### 2. Other platforms offer a wide range of candidates in multiple departments **What problems is Vettery solving and how is that benefiting you?** More qualified candidates are always better. If they provide one or two candidates in the pipeline, they are increasing the chances of closing a role. ### 3. We had 7 openings to fill and Vettery was a big part of that success. ### 5. It's SUPER easy to navigate and the Vettery team is super on top of all accounts. **What do you dislike about Vettery?** The platform is as expensive as using a high end recruiter. You definitely can sort through tons of candidates, but there's definitely work involved in identifying, screening, and vetting candidates early in the funnel, that a recruiter would take care of. The entire value of a platform is to not pay a recruiter price, since you certainly don't get that same value. **Recommendations to others considering Vettery:** I didn't vet other platforms. Vettery is really easy to use, and their team is very on top of prospects, but I'm not sure how it stacks up against it's competitors. **What problems is Vettery solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Vettery to find candidates. They have a steady stream of new talent, and a very helpful team. The interface is easy to use, and they send regular updates via email. ### 6.
