We like that it integrates with our agency management and rating systems and has the capability to integrate with almost any other item in our tech stack. They have a good support team, with options to call in or live chat. Overall, I feel AgencyZoom has a ways to go until it's more turnkey and intuitive for the user, but I have been very pleased with how quickly they address concerns and are working to make improvements. **What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?** AgencyZoom comes off the shelf somewhat "half-baked" at this point. Like any technology, it needs the proper configuration to really experience the benefits. AgencyZoom's support is limited in how far they can take you in this regard. Expect to spend a lot of time learning how to use AgencyZoom if you're going to set up things on your own. After purchasing, our setup was derailed after we discovered many inconsistencies with the functionality of advertised features. This added a longer learning curve to understand how certain features really worked or didn't work and lowered the morale of those trying to learn to use it. Utilizing self-help resources proved difficult early on as well because videos were sometimes missing or outdated. **What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** AgencyZoom is helping to modernize our agency and provide better visibility around our sales and service processes. We are beginning to speed up processes with automation, and the more automation we add, the more time we can put back into meaningful conversations with our customers. ### 3. This software also integrates with the software I use every day for my customers, which makes it easy to keep up with current customers. **What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?** I haven't found anything that I dislike yet other than it is more complicated to learn than other platforms I have used. They also do not offer a lot of training videos for me to access and make it easier to learn their website. I want to be quicker and do more things with AgencyZoom if I can learn it. **Recommendations to others considering AgencyZoom:** Make sure to complete the training videos to help you better understand how to navigate the website better for optimal use. **What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving problems such as setting up reminders to contact my customers to sell more business for our insurance company! I can also track my new business, and it sends an automatic email to my co-workers and boss. Agencyzoom emails the office of your sale and frequently updates the office on who has sold what and when each and everyday. Whenever my office receives an email from the daily recap of sales, there are cheers for the salesmen who made their daily sale. The program rewards its users by the fun graphics once you add a sale into the system. It's easy to use and follow for beginners. The text is large and makes it possible for a new salesman to put their first achievement in. Agencyzoom also allows salespeople to put dates onto their calendar and remind them of important dates. For example, if trying to sell a insurance policy to a customer that has a renewal later that year, you can just put their renewal date and name in Agencyzoom so you can be reminded to call them when they can switch. Agencyzoom is great for organization and motivating it's users to work hard and complete tasks throughout the work day/ **What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?** I don't like any of Agencyzoom's qualities. It's a great program for salesmen. **Recommendations to others considering AgencyZoom:** It;s great for beginners and motivating salespeople to compete with their coworkers. **What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides the workplace with appointments, calender items, and keeping track of sales. It motivates users to compete against their fellow salesmen because it always lists the top producer of the month on the front page. ### 20. I appreciate it's functionality. While the information they present is certainly available other places within the Allstate system, I how AgencyZoom presents the data and allows for you to create reports to use the data. **What do you dislike about AgencyZoom?** Sometimes it does not function properly. Most of the systems we use here, while very good when functioning properly, do not always consistently function. When I upload multiple policies at once, which I believe is the preferred way of reporting business, often the correct emails are not sent (just 1, not 2 or more) and the Dashboard must be refreshed in order to show the correct numbers, as well. **What problems is AgencyZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not experienced and business problems. The benefits: AgencyZoom allows me to manage and monitor my activity for the month, all in one place. I appreciate that it seems to be VERY aligned with Allstate, but also has the added function of organizing my brokered business. ### 21.
