Verisoul Platform Reviews & Product Details

Having used several other fraud prevention tools I find Verisoul to a higher degree accuracy and fewer false positives on detection metrics than others. The AI investigation tool provides great explanations and the anonymous KYC tool is critical for our business and is simply a product that other fraud protection providers do not offer.

The integration was easy, and the support i receive from the Verisoul team is quite impressive, literally someone responds within minutes to any question i have and this has included late evenings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are few downsides to the fraud data and user insights returned, however the online dashboard itself could be improved as it is often slow and maybe adding additional features such as multi-sorting could be helpful in analyzing the data quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Verisoul is being used to detect fake users in a web/mobile apps platform, where knowing if a user is trying create multiple accounts or access the platform in an incorrect way is very important. The platform is using Verisoul to track hundred of thousand of users daily.

Verisoul is of easy integration and quick response/support. The team has been open for our feedback and we have been working closely since the beginning.

It is still a young product but the potential to improve is very big, so I am curious to see what Verisoul platform will be able to create in the future.

Sometimes it can be difficult to know why an user is fake, but recently the V2 platform, and it's dashboard, improve that issue substantially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our experience has been top notch, from onboarding to their continous support, it simply compliments Verisouls state of the art fraud prevention, ecspecially in our industry which seems to be one of the hardest hit.
