The AI investigation tool provides great explanations and the anonymous KYC tool is critical for our business and is simply a product that other fraud protection providers do not offer. The integration was easy, and the support i receive from the Verisoul team is quite impressive, literally someone responds within minutes to any question i have and this has included late evenings. **What do you dislike about Verisoul Platform?** There are few downsides to the fraud data and user insights returned, however the online dashboard itself could be improved as it is often slow and maybe adding additional features such as multi-sorting could be helpful in analyzing the data quicker. **What problems is Verisoul Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business has a high level of fraudulent traffic that we must detect. Prior to Verisoul we have used multiple fraud tools and a manual KYC process all of which Verisoul has replaced. The fraud detection itself seems to be more accurate then our existing providers. The reporting tools give a quick and easy way to identify suspicious users. And the anonymous KYC product has completely eliminated a manual process altogether, saving significant time. ### 2. The platform is using Verisoul to track hundred of thousand of users daily. Verisoul is of easy integration and quick response/support. The team has been open for our feedback and we have been working closely since the beginning. It is still a young product but the potential to improve is very big, so I am curious to see what Verisoul platform will be able to create in the future. Definetely recommend. **What do you dislike about Verisoul Platform?** Sometimes it can be difficult to know why an user is fake, but recently the V2 platform, and it's dashboard, improve that issue substantially. **What problems is Verisoul Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verisoul is used to detect if a user is real (genuine) or fake (multi-account, vpn, emulator) on a daily basis, on a user base of hundred of thousand of users. The tool has allowed us the make a huge leap in security, both in increasing our detection accuracy and saving us time. **What do you dislike about Verisoul Platform?** There is very little to criticise. We have found the odd UX issue but it's always quickly patched or very small to begin with. **What problems is Verisoul Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verisoul is helping us to detect fraud on our platform. This benefits us as it saves us a lot of time, also, Verisoul have more detailed detection methods and present the information in an easy to use format. ### 5. We're only piloting at the moment, but it's preventable detection has picked up over 90% of fraud we havent been able too. **What do you dislike about Verisoul Platform?** We don't have any dislikes, we only have positive comments about our time using Verisoul. **What problems is Verisoul Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verisouls been able to benefit our business by linking abusers using multi accounts, as well as detecting VPN users which our other software failed to do so. These 2 types of abuse make up for most of our fraud problems. ### 6.
