Efficient Insights but Needs Faster AI Learning

I mainly use Verint Da Vinci for models, and it helps us solve key challenges around efficiency and operational insights. I like that it provides real customer data, which then helps with our outcomes. The ability to let models learn from this data rather than relying solely on language models is a big plus. The initial setup was simple, and although there were a few learning curves, we managed to handle them quickly.
