I like Verint Copilot Bots because they automatically draft post-call notes and documentation, saving me valuable time after every call. They also search across all enterprise content instantly, so agents don't have to. The setup was easy, which I appreciate, and they remove the stress of multitasking. I love that they provide fast, flexible deployment without complex IT overhauls, making them easy to use and understandable. I give Verint Copilot Bots a solid 9.5 and encourage everyone to join us.

Sometimes I find the overall cost barrier high compared to basic AI plug-ins on the market so I would like that to be fixed.

What I like most about Verint Copilot Bots is how much manual work they take off my plate. The AI-generated call summaries save me time on after-call documentation, and the real-time suggestions help me respond with more confidence during customer interactions. I also appreciate that the knowledge search surfaces relevant information quickly, rather than forcing me to dig through multiple resources. The interface is straightforward and doesn’t disrupt my workflow, which makes it easy to use throughout the day. Overall, it’s helped me manage conversations more efficiently while keeping my responses accurate and consistent.

**What do you dislike about Verint Copilot Bots?**

One area I’d like to see improved is the onboarding experience for new users. It can take a while to understand all the available Copilot Bots and how to get the most out of them. At times, the AI suggestions also need a quick review before you act on them, especially in more complex customer scenarios where extra context really matters. 

I’d also like to see deeper integrations with additional third-party applications, along with more customization options for workflows. Overall, the platform performs well, but there’s still a bit of a learning curve when configuring advanced features. More in-product guidance and stronger training resources would make adoption even smoother.

Verint Copilot Bots has helped me tackle some of the biggest day-to-day challenges in customer support, especially by cutting down on repetitive manual work. Rather than spending extra time writing call summaries or digging through multiple knowledge sources, I can rely on the AI to generate accurate summaries and bring up relevant information during customer interactions. The real-time guidance also helps me manage conversations more confidently and consistently, particularly when I’m dealing with complex requests. As a result, I’ve been able to reduce after-call work, respond to customers faster, stay focused on the conversation, and remain productive throughout the day.

Sometimes the prompts can pop up too often and distract the agent. Also, the summaries could be a bit shorter and more direct.

**What do you like best about Verint Copilot Bots?**

The Verint Real-Time Agent Assist technology is cutting edge and makes the lives of our internal and external customers easier.  RTAA provides a clean application that provides in the moment needed information to our internal staff and way that is easily digestable.  The feedback from our users is that they really enjoy the seamlessness of how the tool interacts with their existing user interface.

**What do you dislike about Verint Copilot Bots?**

The only piece of feedback I would have around RTAA is the lack of out of the box reporting.  There needs to be a way to determine not only utilization of the tool but also if the information being provided by the tool is being edited by the user and how often they are editing it.

Currently RTAA is helping  our staff stay even more engaged with our customers by allowing us to focus on the conversation with the caller and allowing the tool to document the summary of the conversation automatically.
