Verilio Reviews & Product Details

Verilio is AI recruitment software that conducts voice interviews in Serbian, evaluates candidates based on custom criteria, and produces ranked lists to streamline hiring. The software automates initial screenings with natural-sounding voice conversations, replacing traditional phone or written methods. Candidates access interviews via a shared link, completing them anytime on devices with microphones, avoiding scheduling conflicts and no-shows. The software asks customizable questions, listens to responses, and simulates recruiter interactions with follow-ups. Interviews are recorded, transcribed, and analyzed for positive and negative indicators, scoring candidates against weighted criteria. Results include scorecards with ratings, criterion-specific scores, transcripts, and audio recordings. Ranked lists help recruiters focus on top performers. Designed for Serbian language and context, Verilio uses local speech patterns and complies with EU data regulations.
