Verdeshell HRMS Reviews & Product Details

Verdeshell HRMS brings employee records, attendance, leave and payroll together for growing Indian businesses. Payroll calculates PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS, produces the PF ECR file, ESIC and PT registers and a quarterly TDS return worksheet, and generates Form 16 Part B in bulk. Attendance comes from biometric devices such as ZKTeco, geo-fenced mobile check-in or face check-in with a liveness check, and offline punches sync when the phone reconnects. The product also covers onboarding checklists, shifts and weekly offs, leave and comp-off, expenses and travel, timesheets, performance reviews with KRAs and 360-degree feedback, approval workflows and full-and-final settlement. Employees and managers use the iOS and Android apps for check-in, leave, expenses and approvals. Pricing starts at Rs 100 per user per month (25-user minimum), with a 14-day free trial.
