I'm excited and looking forward to using the power of this product! From my experience, this AI tool has more potential than many of the other AI tools that I have used to accomplish what I'm looking for. In the world of NGO's it is important to be efficient and clear in communication. This tool allows me to be able to create powerful and effective infographics that help communicate our message clearly concisely and effectively. We will continue to use this portion in dysfunctionality, moving forward because of the quality of output than a produces. One of the best AI tools out here for sure. It was easy to be able to integrate the output into my presentations. The performance of the AI was spot on and the pricing isn't unreasonable as some AI solution solutions are. I contacted support to ask some specific questions and the help that I got was immediate and completely pleasant. It was some of the best customer support that I've had in a while working in this realm and it was extremely refreshing. I'm looking forward to applying some of the integrations to make this a more efficient tool, but that will be a little bit in the future. From what I can tell from the UI, this will be an easy process and will open up doors for our team to efficiently run everything that we need to do. **What do you dislike about Venngage?** From what I can tell, this is gonna be a great tool however, if I had to say one thing that I disliked, it may not be necessarily that I dislike it, but I wish that there was a little bit more room for me to try all of the different features before committing to a subscription. I've been using it for almost two years, and I have yet not to find what I'm looking for. I have to use media tools for my job but have no graphic design skills whatsoever. It was also great because my company is a small non-profit, and we received a 50% discount on the annual price for each employee. We only had to go through a few small steps one time. Each year after that, our renewal rate is still half-price. **What do you dislike about Venngage?** Sometimes I wish there were more tools to use when you're in the document you're creating. But that's minor. It really does have most of the features you need to make the graphic your own. Another item to note is that there are limited font styles. Those it has are nice, but sometimes I wish there were more options to choose from. One other feature I wish it had was telling the user what size the page is on the template gallery. Several times I have chosen an option because I like the way it looks, only to find that the page size is wrong and I have to take the time to make everything smaller to fit the page size I need. **Recommendations to others considering Venngage:** If you're looking for a program to help with graphic design, presentations, posters, flyers, etc., look no further. Venngage has everything that you'd need to use to create professional-looking designs. All of the templates are created for you, and this program makes it very easy to adapt to the needs of your project. **What problems is Venngage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Venngage gives me all of those tools to make my media look professional without starting from scratch. The amount of time it saves my coworkers and me is a definite money-saver for my agency. My agency is in the behavioral health field, and Venngage allows us to focus on our work, rather than taking the time to have to create things or hire someone to do this for us. That would take considerably more time and effort. It gives us beautiful and current-looking options to choose from and it makes it incredibly simple to make into our own documents. ### 7. I also found it a little difficult to edit for my purposes, which inlcuded being able to show more detailed analysis, for example, placing excel data in the file. Further, if you wanted to download in an editable manner, such as into Powerpoint which is offered in beta production, you had to upgrade beyond the $19 charge to a more costly business plan. Further, there were constant mailbots asking me to upgrade. I then went to cancel the subscription and the refund has been refused, after three emails explaining my situation. I understand Venngage wishes to grow their business, but this is not the way to do it. They should be trying to develop fans, not frustrated business people exploring this new product. I believe the Customer Service personnel should be empowered to do the right thing. If this poor customer service had not happend, I would have tapped this product from time to time for catch graphics. When my paid upgrade service is over, my created designs are not lost, and when I need to work on new ones, I pay for the upgrade service again (instead of using the free plan), and all my designs are there for me to use/edit or create new! I really appreciate the huge array of options for shaping ideas -- I often start to understand my own thinking better just by choosing which template to use. **What do you dislike about Venngage?** There are a lot of small things from a basic formatting perspective that would make venngage a lot easier to use -- e.g, it's extremely difficult to re-align a shape if you've rotated it (why won't it snap to a straight edge!); it would be helpful to be able to put an outline around a text box; the bullet/indent function is primitive; some fonts won't enable italics or bold or some variation. It would also be really helpful if there were existing different colour paletes to just click on with each template. And to be able to bend text into a curve. I would also like to be able to treat the pages within one design as a "document" -- set a consistent formatting, add page numbers, etc. I would also like to be able to edit photos a little bit -- like make fuzzy edges etc. From a more "global" perspective, on one hand, venngage is far and above programs like the smart art within powerpoint from a complexity perspective -- e..,g it's pretty easy in venngage to enabled two way arrows, etc. -- but there are some "missing," non linear shapes -- as in, I find it hard to find a not rigid template for multiple inputs going into one sort of shared pot (like a funnel); and I often find myself looking for a way to present a more integrated model that isn't a venn intersection -- like a care model with multiple interconnected rings. It would also be pretty cool if some of the functions within a design could be semi-automated -- like, if there were a mind map, to be able to click "add level" without having to add a new bubble manually. I also very much appreciate the export options -- powerpoint and pdfs -- but the ppt is still a bit rusty and images sometimes export into a kind of ratty version of what they looked like in venngage. But overall, I really value VG and use it every day, and it's significantly enabled my work to move to a new dimension. **Recommendations to others considering Venngage:** Play around and don't hesitate to try different things; screenshots of images can sometimes be the best and clearest ways to share the images you've created. **What problems is Venngage solving and how is that benefiting you?** See my answers to number 1 -- finding a way to see patterns in a lot of data (especially words and themes) and then present that info in a meaningful way.
