All five were: 1) Successfully Launched within the due date 2) Worked as expected 3) When the connectors needed updates, Venn knew it before I did. 4) Updates are done within the spec'd timeframe 5) I can count on honesty. When my Venn team suggests alternative strategies, I can trust it. They have proven their worth. **What do you dislike about Venn Technology?** I wish they had offices closer to my area. Venn took the time to really understand the process as well as spending a great deal of time figuring out the Registration system that was previously unfamiliar to them. They were patient and exceptionally thorough. If we had questions, they were always available to help. This is now a process that was use almost daily. The implementation went smoothly and if we encountered an issue, they were quick to respond and get it addressed. They made the process easy and seamless. **What do you dislike about Venn Technology?** I honestly have nothing to dislike or complain about where Venn Technology is concerned. **What problems is Venn Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reducing manual input. We host several conferences throughout the year and we needed a more efficient way to get the revenue and receivables information into Sage Intacct. Venn created an integration with Sage Intacct and Webconnex/RegFox for us that has worked beautifully. ### 3.
