## Vector Reviews
 ### 1. Simple advertising orchestration that helps boost our pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben C. | Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Vector?**

I like that Vector gives real-time contact reveal information about my website visitors, and that information is synced to my MAP and CRM systems with enriched data and an alert is sent to Slack. It helps us consider these important buyer signals at the right time so we can orchestrate the right activations in the spirit of generating more pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

Vector as a company is still relatively young, sometimes I sense they are still finding their footing. But really I strongly prefer this because they have a solid POV and a clear direction, I love our partnership.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vector is making it easier for us to manage digital advertising audience activations. We build out audiences in Salesforce, using contact lists. Those contact lists sync directly to Vector. Vector is integrated directly to LinkedIn. We activate LinkedIn paid advertising campaign ad sets against those unique audience segments and run personalized campaigns against them. We are able to measure performance at a very granular level. We are able to detect website visitors according to the specific utm_campaign that brought them to our site, and because of the real-time contact-reveal, we know when a high quality ICP visitor has come to our site as a result of a paid advertising effort and we can trigger them into an orchestrated ABM activation.

 ### 2. Helpful for identifying and acting on buyer intent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** AKHIL G. | Senior Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Vector?**

The setup was straightforward, the data is easy to use, and it fits well with the rest of our marketing and sales tools without a lot of manual work.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

None so far. It was easy to set up and everything is good for requirement

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vector helps us see who’s showing real intent before they convert. That lets us focus on the right accounts earlier, improve targeting, and spend less time on low-quality leads.

 ### 3. Best revamp of ABX in a long, long time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Vector?**

There's a lot to love about Vector. I love the way that it displays data now within Funnel Vision, and allows me to take immediate action without any delays. The fact that it can uncover at the contact level is extremely helpful for quick actioning and immediately working through potential losses from a lead form. The user interface is pretty basic, but it gets the point across for the type of tool that it is. It was really easy to stand up. Implementation was intuitive and we were quickly up and running, even prior to our CSM call to get onboarded. Support is top tier and is constantly operational. Any questions that are asked are generally pushed almost immediately and their code commits are extremely fast on feature requests and needs. We use Vector every single day, and it's now part of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

Integrating with other tools is a bit clunky. I'm still very confused about the HubSpot integration as it is only on one, single list, as more of an ABM related function, but it's not really something that is useful in its current state. The second part is that some of the integrations can only be done via Webhooks, so it's a bit harder for us to get to them since it takes a few extra steps that we just don' t have time to do.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vector is helping us solve key challenges in our contact-based marketing strategy by improving data quality, personalization, and sales alignment. Previously, we struggled with outdated or incomplete contact information and static segmentation. With Vector, we now have access to enriched, real-time contact data that allows us to target the right roles and industries more effectively. This has significantly improved our ability to personalize outreach—tailoring messages based on buyer context rather than relying on generic campaigns—resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, Vector streamlines the handoff between marketing and sales by automatically syncing high-performing segments into our CRM and sales workflows, ensuring our teams focus on the right leads at the right time. The outcome is more qualified pipeline, faster sales cycles, and better ROI from our outbound efforts.

 ### 4. Essential Martech Solution with Outstanding Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Vector?**

Great product, great team, core part of our martech at Inflection.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

Nothing comes to mind currently, it's a great product.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vector has helped us action website visitors, was easy to connect to Inflection using webhooks, and we are working on the ads integration for more accurate and focused ads.

 ### 5. Cutting without the bleeding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian H. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Vector?**

I'll go bold and claim that Vector's wizardry is spawning a CATEGORY of B2B marketing that stands to alter how enterprise orgs develop & execute GTM strategy.

My favorite part about Vector's technology is...all of it!

It's worth mentioning that at this stage in Vector's ascent to dominance, founders Josh & Nick are extremely nimble (aka, responsive and collaborative). Take full advantage of this while you can and they can, as it'll pay more dividends than I have time to list.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

"Dislike" is not a fitting word to describe anything about Vector's platform or its people.

As with any startup venture, bandwidth is an expected challenge that is overcome in due time. Plus, it's easy to extend grace to founders who are simultaneously developing, marketing, selling, CSMing, not sleeping, living on Chick-Fil-A, sacrificing personal time...you get the picture.

I'll revise my answer only in the unlikely event that our revenue hasn't tripled by this time next year.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Imagine being able to coaction de-anonymized contact-level intent data with ad campaigns that are guaranteed to hit the right targets at the right moments (sound kinda like nuclear warfare?). This is what Vector does for us. We can now hyper-focus on our in-market prospects who have shown legit interest in our services, even if they don't yet know who we are. That's something that ABM can't - and will never - pull off.

 ### 6. Can't believe it's free - and better data than some of the paid options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cam F. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Vector?**

Setting up and connecting the account to Clay and Slack was a breeze.

For having just launched, the backend was surprisingly intuitive and super clean - finding my way around was super simple. It literally took 4 minutes from signup to seeing visitors identified and flowing in.

The data has been accurate so far and on par (and in some cases much better) than the other solutions we have running alongside it.

Plus, the support is kick-ass. At 11:00 PM on a Tuesday night I messaged support for help with the Slack connection. It connected to Slack, but visitors weren't coming in. Josh got right back to me, identified the mistake I made and fixed it.

He even spent some time telling me about the product and future plans. All around, you can't get a better onboarding experience than this. And it's FREE.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

Nothing yet! If I HAD to list something, it would be that they don't have a ton of integrations yet, but it's new (and again, FREE).

But....they have more integrations coming soon and they do have a webhook option, so we can connect to just about anything.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's identifying visitors to the website that would normally be anonymous. We can take that data, enrich it and either connect with them on LinkedIn, email or other channels.

 ### 7. Time to value = 0

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matty H. | Founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Vector?**

Vector could not have been any easier to get set up. In a few minutes we were already getting slack notifications about new site visitors... it's almost gamified the process which has been fun for us. Also, Nick and Josh have been so helpful and will respond immediately if there's anything I need. Can't recommend them or their product enough!

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

Hoping to see more integrations, but I'm sure that'll come soon enough!

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vector is helping us with lead intelligence, in that they're getting us leads that are warm having visited our site, rather than us having all cold leads who might know nothing about us

 ### 8. Excellent Contact-Based Marketing Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Vector?**

The best part about Vector is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which allows me to build hyper-targeted ad audiences without struggling with technical issues. This also allows for super easy integration.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

I dislike that the platform does not provide unlimited site visitor identification for Canadians (it is a US-only feature). The quality of customer support is also relatively low compared to other similar platforms.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems that Vector is solving for me is providing me data on real-time visitor feeds and allowing advanced integrations with my CRM.

 ### 9. Excellent data for understanding prospects that visit the site. Providing pertinent insights.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian S. | Co-Founder & COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Vector?**

The Slack integration is well-developed with some pertinent information for quick reference to the data necessary to understand the prospects as they are visiting the website.

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

There really aren't any downsides to the solution today. They have done a great job of capturing the correct data. They may not capture all of the necessary data each time.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding who is visiting our website. Capturing data that is pertinent to determining if they could be a good fit for our software.

 ### 10. Vector is more impressive than I expected!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff H. | Angel Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Vector?**

Vector helps my portfolio companies better understand and execute their next move for sales and marketing!

**What do you dislike about Vector?**

We've yet to come across any downsides to Vector.

**What problems is Vector solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our venture portfolio companies previously got tons of site visits with no good way to follow up. Vector changes this completely for them!
