What do you like best about Vault Recruiting?

Destini was immediately responsive and helpful to a stranger.

I loved how open she was to hear my story, knowledgeable about the R4R space given the overall recruiting environment, and she was down right fun.

Please be open-minded and have a conversation.

Agency recruiting gets placed into a box by people who place things in boxes.

Be open and explore; the worst case is you don't land a job through Vault.

Best case, you land a job, create a connection with someone who is boots on the ground to your next job, you learn and feel a little bit better.

What do you like best about Vault Recruiting?

Destini. I hope whoever reads this knows that Destini is the BEST thing about Vault. Applying for jobs, interviewing, and the whole process can be annoying and stressful at times. She makes it smooth, responds to all your emails/phone calls/texts in a quick manner, explains why these opportunities are great and gives an insight that is beyond the job description. She becomes your biggest fan and will do anything in her power to help you win. She is someone who truly wants you to succeed, and when you talk to her, you'll be able to tell through her passion and encouragement. Riece is fantastic too! His ability to start Vault and get these opportunities to his talent pool is exceptional. This is only the beginning of Vault Recruiting, and am super excited for the future! What problems is Vault Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used Vault for the last 2 jobs I have been working with. They are able to find job opportunities that are not on the job market because they are the only agency/third party working with the company. This benefits me because I know how many candidates are in the pool I am competing with, and I am able to get updates quicker/faster & along with having them vouch on my behalf of the company I am interviewing with. Recommendation is to partner with Destini Cox. Instantly, one thing comes to mind....what a breath of fresh air! Destini has the ability to differentiate herself from other recruiters by humanizing the conversation and making it feel like you're just talking to a friend. Speaking to recruiters can feel monotonous, but Destini has enthusiasm unknown to mankind resulting in a fun and productive conversation. Outside of understanding my skills, goals and interest the thing that sets her apart is her business acumen and industry experience to take the approach as an advisor by providing feedback and suggestions.
