I loved how open she was to hear my story, knowledgeable about the R4R space given the overall recruiting environment, and she was down right fun. Our initial call lasted well over an hour because there was so much energy, knowledge and enjoyment with the flow of conversation. **What do you dislike about Vault Recruiting?** I didn't get a chance to work with them lol. Another opportunity came my way that was too good to pass up. **Recommendations to others considering Vault Recruiting:** Please be open-minded and have a conversation. Agency recruiting gets placed into a box by people who place things in boxes. Be open and explore; the worst case is you don't land a job through Vault. I hope whoever reads this knows that Destini is the BEST thing about Vault. Applying for jobs, interviewing, and the whole process can be annoying and stressful at times. She makes it smooth, responds to all your emails/phone calls/texts in a quick manner, explains why these opportunities are great and gives an insight that is beyond the job description. She becomes your biggest fan and will do anything in her power to help you win. She is someone who truly wants you to succeed, and when you talk to her, you'll be able to tell through her passion and encouragement. Riece is fantastic too! They are able to find job opportunities that are not on the job market because they are the only agency/third party working with the company. Instantly, one thing comes to mind....what a breath of fresh air! Destini has the ability to differentiate herself from other recruiters by humanizing the conversation and making it feel like you're just talking to a friend. They've always been transparent and gone the extra mile with feedback.
