The customer support was friendly and knowledgeable and made my first deployment a breeze. I had a client with multiple locations and a lot of printers set up and ready for deployment in about an hour. It has all the features of a physical print server and more. Very happy with the product overall. **What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?** The only downside I found was that they don't support v4 drivers for HP. Doesn't take too much for both techs and users to understand how to use the tool. Also makes office to office printer deployment a breeze for our users as it can deploy different printers based on their location/IP. Support has been really great with any issues we have brought to them. **What do you dislike about Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic)?** Only downside is there has been an IDP bug on the mac platform that has yet to be resolved. Once that is resolved I don't think there will be any issues that haven't been addressed.
