We use the deployment tool on every site as when someone connects to the specfic IP range the printer is automatically deployed and is set as the staff's default printer. Previously, users would have to know the print server name and url along with the printer name and go through all these steps to connect to a printer. Now, this all goes away! Support has been outstanding the people at Vasion print. We have over `000 users and multiple sites that use this every day. Integration is amazing and automatic. The parts that I believe should be worked on and improved is the scanning piece. Deploying the software to all of our endpoints has made printing a breeze for our over 75 locations. The team at Vasion Print was extremely helpful with the transition. They were able to answer all of our questions and were willing to hop on multiple calls to discuss various issues. The support has been one of my favorite things about this company. **What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?** I have not had anything to complain about with Vasion Print. The team has been very helpful in answering all of our questions and the product is incredibly easy to set up and use. **What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Vasion Print, my team would need to manually map printers for all of our end users. With over 75 locations and our users travelling frequently, this became pretty cumbersome. Thanks to Vasion Print, printers are automatically mapped as soon as our users step onsite at whichever location they go to. Impeccable service. The options it provides with Printer drivers and profile enablement is very admin friendly. The tool itself is very simple and with its SaaS feature, it has added cherry to the cake. **What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?** Pull Print Costs : The cost quoted is a bit too high and hence we have not gone with this feature. I find it very user friendly experience and installation process is quite easier. I find removing need of multiple networks of printing server across our company very difficult where Vasion print worked excellently. **What do you dislike about PrinterLogic?** I find it very usable and does not have any issue while working on Vasion print. It would be big improvement if ai is implemented . **What problems is PrinterLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vasion print has made our print server environment very cost effective and efficient.It does not take much of toll on the setting up and working time.
