## Valuecase Reviews
  ### 1. Simple, Efficient Onboarding—With Room for More Workflow and Branding Customisation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy G. | UX UI DESIGNER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

What I like most about Value Case is how simple and intuitive it is to use. It keeps everything in one place, which makes the client onboarding process clear, organised, and easy to manage from start to finish. It saves time by cutting down on back-and-forth communication, helps ensure nothing gets overlooked, and creates a more professional experience for both our team and our clients. It also fits easily into our existing workflow and has made onboarding much more efficient overall.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

There isn’t anything major I dislike about the platform. If I had to point to one area that could be improved, it would be offering even more options to customise workflows and branding so they better fit different business needs. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly platform, and it has worked very well for us.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Value Case has solved the challenge of managing client onboarding across multiple emails, documents, and spreadsheets. By bringing everything into one place, it has made the process more organised, consistent, and efficient from start to finish. It has reduced administrative work, improved communication with clients, and helped ensure that nothing gets missed along the way. As a result, we save time, deliver a more professional onboarding experience, and can focus more on providing value to our clients instead of chasing paperwork.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that Valuecase has integrated seamlessly into your existing workflow and improved the efficiency of your onboarding process. We appreciate your suggestion for additional customization options and will certainly take that into consideration for future updates. This is an area we will invest into in the next months!

  ### 2. Highly Customisable, Professional Forms with Fast Onboarding and Great AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lowri E. | Head of Onboarding, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

My favourite thing about value case is how easily customisable the forms are. Making changes and updates is really intuitive and I rarely need to contact the team for support. It's easy for clients to complete forms that look and feel professional.

The onboarding process was quick and simple, and the team were able to set up a second account for a separate business with the same form setup within 30 minutes.

The AI feature is great at building out forms. I was surprised as how quickly and accurately it picked up my prompts.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

The only downside for us is that it doesn't allow clients to provide digital signatures. This means that we have to download the forms and resend them to clients to provide a wet signature (which is required from a regulatory standpoint) whereas we'd like the whole process to be kept online.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of not being able to track the progress of clients’ applications by providing real-time online updates. It also helps us condense our forms with the conditional questions feature, so clients only see questions that are relevant to them.

  ### 3. Visually Stunning, On-Brand Presentations with Easy Resource Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah T. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Valuecase is a visually stunning product. The way it displays information while still looking on-brand, professional, and clear is incredibly important. I’m also a big fan of being able to upload our own resources and have our customers easily access and use them.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

I find that hard to answer, because every time I’ve run into an issue or felt like something was missing, I’ve spoken to the team. They’ve either explained that it’s possible and shown me how to do it, or they’ve said it isn’t possible at the moment but they’ll take it on board.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an easy way to communicate with our customers. We used to rely on a PDF for a project scope that itemised every to-do and responsibility, but Valuecase has been revolutionary in making that information far more user-friendly and interactive. I can’t express how much of a game changer Valuecase has been.

  ### 4. Made client onboarding actually easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maximilian F. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

What I like most about Valuecase is how much easier it makes onboarding our clients. The experience feels smooth and professional, and clients consistently respond well to it.

The templates make it quick to set up new onboarding spaces, while the customization options allow us to keep everything aligned with our own needs and branding. The support team is really helpful too, which made getting started a lot easier. We now have more than 100 spaces on the platform, and performance is still just as strong as it was on day one.

Overall, it is clean, intuitive, and very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike about Valuecase. It does take some time upfront to set everything up properly, especially the templates. But that’s normal for any tool that becomes a core part of your workflow, and once the setup is done, everything runs smoothly.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Valuecase, our onboarding was spread across different tools and channels. We tried using Notion, but it got messy pretty quickly, and collecting information from clients via email was inefficient and hard to keep track of.

Now everything is in one place, inside clear client spaces. Valuecase has honestly made a huge difference for us. Our Head of Operations is really happy with it, and the whole onboarding process runs much more smoothly.

We now use it for all our clients and have recently started using it for employee onboarding as well, which has made that process much more structured too.

  ### 5. Valuecase Templates Keep Customer Onboarding Organized and Efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorn v. | Customer Onboarding Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

It’s a great platform for sharing information with our customers. By using templates, we can use Valuecase to keep track of multiple onboardings happening at the same time. The templates save a lot of time, and having all the information in one space means it doesn’t need to be sent back and forth via email.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

One thing that isn’t optimal for us is not having the option to set one big “go live” date that would update all the relevant fields in the space at once. Especially having a lot of ongoing onboardings all at once, it's hard to keep track of all individual spaces at times.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For larger customers, our onboarding process can be quite extensive. Having this space—where both the customer and we can add data, tick off tasks, and so on—helps both us and the customer keep track of everything throughout the process.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Valuecase templates helpful for organizing customer onboarding efficiently. We appreciate your feedback on the 'go live' date feature - I will reach out personally to understand this better so we can potentially upgrade our existing Go-Live Date feature.

  ### 6. Highly Customisable and Flexible Tool - Simple and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Warren V. | Client Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

The customisability and flexibility of each space and template. The Valuecase team were also very quick to action on feedback I shared regarding forms, and the insertion of tabular style questions.

Pricing of Valuecase is reasonable, and it is a core part of our client onboarding and client feedback flows.

Performance wise I have never had any issues.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

There isn't anything that I can think of that I dislike.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of data collection for onboarding. Before Valuecase, the information we collected during onboarding was spread across different communication channels, and spreadsheets. Valuecase is now a the single source of truth for the client when they need to access any info or documentation related to their onboarding.

We're also using Valuecase to gather feedback from clients on the onboarding process itself, so it's not isolated to onboarding only. It's a flexible tool.

  ### 7. All-in-one onboarding tool that actually simplifies the process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raymond L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

We use Valuecase to onboard exhibitors for our tradeshow, and it has made a big difference for us. Before, our exhibitor manual and questionnaires were separate, which made things more fragmented. Now everything is combined in one place.
Exhibitors can easily find all the information they need to prepare for the event, while we collect all the required details through integrated forms. It saves us time and makes the whole process much clearer for everyone involved.
The tool itself is very user-friendly (especially with the newer AI features), and it’s easy to set up and manage. What I also really appreciate is the support. Whenever I have a question, I just use the chat and get a quick, helpful response.
For me, the biggest strength is its full customisation. You can really shape it to fit your own process, which makes it work in a lot of different situations.
I’d recommend Valuecase to anyone dealing with onboarding, whether that’s customers, partners, or employees. We use it for events, but it’s flexible enough to fit almost any onboarding flow.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Because the platform is so flexible, it can take some time to determine the best structure for your use case in the beginning. However, with the support of the Valuecase team, you get up to speed quickly.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valuecase helps us solve the fragmentation in our onboarding process. Previously, our exhibitor manual and questionnaires were separate, which led to scattered communication and more manual follow-up.

By bringing everything together in one platform, we now have a clear and structured onboarding flow. Exhibitors can easily access all the information they need in one place, while we collect all required data through integrated forms.

This saves us time, reduces back-and-forth communication, and ensures exhibitors are better prepared for our tradeshow.

  ### 8. Valuecase Keeps Sales and Buying Details Organized in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter O. | Head Bartender, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Valuecase has proven to be absolutely imperative in guiding customers through the sales process. It has also massively enhanced the buying experience by keeping everything—financials, timelines, and other key details—in one place.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Sometimes it can feel a bit clunky and tedious to duplicate blocks and copy them over to other pages. I’d also like the option to save my own private template so I can reuse it when needed.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer need to retrace email threads or send out things like pitch decks and just hope customers engage with them (without really knowing). With valuecase, I can track all engagement and see whether what I’m sharing is actually useful. It’s become a vital tool in my stack.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> Thanks a lot for the feedback Peter - glad to here it works so well for you.

Private Templates, saved blocks or similar is a feature request we have been getting more and more recently. We will add such functionality in the next months so that also this part of the app becomes effortless!

  ### 9. Efficient Dealroom Tool with Excellent Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I can create a space in Valuecase that I can share with our customers very quickly and automatically, which creates a wonderful overview and covers all possible questions cooperatively with potential customers in the sales process. I find it easy to have all the information clearly organized in one place for the customer and the possibility to further build the process if people are interested. It's also great for our onboarding because the same information goes to the service team that works with it when a customer has been won. This saves me a lot of manual effort and allows me to semi-automatically incorporate information into my follow-up emails. I love that I no longer have to play email ping-pong and that a lot of information can be directly in the space. The integration with our own AI tool is a huge advantage because it provides additional context for our sales processes.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

The layout may sometimes be suboptimal, especially for text forms with a lot of text.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Valuecase to quickly and automatically create sales spaces that I share with customers. This improves our sales activities and the onboarding process because information is centralized and manual effort is reduced.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Valuecase. We're glad to hear that it has helped streamline your sales process and onboarding efforts. We understand your feedback about the layout options and are actively working on new feature / options to provide users with much greater layout flexbility!

  ### 10. Quick Onboarding and Monthly Innovations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenzo D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I use Valuecase for the technical onboarding of our customers and it greatly helps with speed, overview, guidance, and insight into customer behavior. Previously, customers indicated that they found the onboarding complicated, but that problem has been solved. What I really like is the speed with which you can set things up and the developments you continuously keep doing. Every month there is an awesome release! Moreover, even though I pay the same amount, I receive more every month! It's also cool that ideas I previously discussed with Jan now seem to be implemented. The system is very easy to learn, especially with Jan's help, and over time, using it becomes very simple.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

I find it unfortunate that there is no direct connection with Claude. Only through an MCP server.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valuecase improves speed, overview, control, and provides insight into customer behavior, allowing customers to understand it better. Additionally, the monthly releases ensure that I get more for the same amount.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Valuecase! We're glad to hear that our platform has helped simplify your customer onboarding process and that you appreciate the monthly releases.
We have submitted our Claude App for review in June. We expect it to go live in July. So no more custom MCP server anymore :)

  ### 11. A real time saver for onboarding and Customer Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Baptiste V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I use Valuecase daily to create my company's presentations and support my clients' onboarding. The platform allows for very easy integration of images, text, and Loom videos, which facilitates the centralization of all my resources in a personalized, clear, and pleasant space to consult. The tool is intuitive, easy to use, and regularly evolves with new features, especially around AI, which brings real added value. My clients also appreciate the experience offered, which makes exchanges and follow-up smoother. Customer support is also another strong point: the few times I needed help, I received quick and relevant responses. The installation and getting started were also very simple. I recommend Valuecase without hesitation.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Needing various templates due to the diversity of my clients, the changes can sometimes take a bit long

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitate onboarding and presentation, which improves the customer experience.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Valuecase. We're glad to hear that the platform has been instrumental in creating presentations and supporting your clients' onboarding. We understand the need for efficient template changes and are continuously working to enhance this aspect of our platform. Maybe also have a look at our Conditional Content Visibility - this feature allows you to show content of a template conditionally (eg, only show HubSpot Integration video, if customer has HubSpot)

  ### 12. Simple, Effective Customer Enablement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan J. | Solutions Engineering Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

The simplicity and ease of use. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and allows us to quickly build and share tailored content with customers.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

The introduction of a limit on custom templates was disappointing. I regularly create tailored templates for different customer use cases, so having additional templates moved behind a paywall has reduced some of the flexibility that I previously valued.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valuecase enables me to rapidly tailor technical onboarding content for each customer. With a few simple toggles, I can adapt the experience for a SMB or a large enterprise in seconds, reducing manual effort while providing customers with documentation that’s relevant to their specific environment and requirements.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Valuecase intuitive and easy to navigate. We understand your concern about the limit on custom templates and we appreciate your feedback. Our Growth plan resolves that limit - just reached out with an attractive upgrade offer !

  ### 13. ValueCase: Seamlessly Integrated, Always Improving, and Fun to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

ValueCase is highly integrated into our daily workflows. What I especially like about the product is that it keeps improving and adapting to customer needs (for example, the option to add videos). It makes it easy to review content and take action on it together with the client, and it’s genuinely fun to work with.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Nothing really stands out that I could call out here. I also don’t think I’ve fully understood its potential yet, so it’s hard for me to say much more at this point.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us enable our customers with a strong kick-off presentation that isn’t static, but rather a living document—perfect for a rapidly changing environment. It also provides transparency on both sides regarding the next steps, for example through an action plan. Additionally, the touch points I've had so far with the ValueCase team were outstanding.

  ### 14. Lightning-Fast Custom Microsites Customers Love

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil D. | Director of Professional Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Honestly, the speed to create custom micro sites for customers using templates that we create is the biggest win. My team can create sales and onboarding sites in about a minute, and the customers seem to really like them compared to stale PDFs and PowerPoint decks.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

The UI designer isn't as powerful as I would like it to be. This needs a bit more work, however the Value case team are responsive to questions. Also the security without SSO for customers is a challenge for our use case.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding new customers to our support site is the main use case. However the sales team is now using it a lot more.

  ### 15. Intuitive and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elaine H. | Marketing Director UK, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I find Valuecase provides a professional and common-sense way for prospecting and onboarding. I really appreciate being able to turn information into different sections using modules like survey and video, which allows me to present information in various formats. The ability for two-way communication is also really easy to manage for both potential clients and ourselves. Plus, the initial setup was very easy and quite intuitive, which I found didn't require a lot of support. However, there were very useful resources available for any problems, and I found Lennart particularly helpful in discussing any issues. Overall, these features make Valuecase a tool I'd recommend with a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

At the moment, the filing structure could be made a little bit simpler to utilise. Also, when you create different modules, it would be worthwhile if you could have them updating. So if you update one thing in one module it can update throughout all the different modules if required. Currently, we have different templates for different sectors, and when we update one thing on one template, we can't automatically update it within the others. It has to be done manually.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Valuecase to streamline sales prospecting and onboarding by providing a professional way to present information to clients and manage interactions and progress. It uses different modules for varied presentation formats and facilitates easy two-way communication.

  ### 16. Easy to Use, Boosts Prospect Engagement with Valuecase

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Easy to use and great for self-exploration. It’s a big help for staying in contact with our prospects, even when we’re not on a call or communicating via email. Since using Valuecase, we’ve seen much more engagement from prospects.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

You have to commit, like a salesperson, to keeping the spaces up to date, and that will cost you time. But it’s worth it.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had the challenge of steering a prospect along the sales journey. We sell a complex product with a longer sales cycle. On top of that, many stakeholders are involved—both on the client side and internally. Valuecase helps us provide all the necessary information in one place, guide the client through our sales process, and keep them engaged throughout. As a result, the amount of email dropped dramatically, and we were able to shorten some processes.

  ### 17. Valuecase Brings Clarity and Structure to Customer Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

What I like best is the clarity and structure Valuecase brings to the onboarding process. Instead of scattering information across different channels and documents, I have everything in one central place — this makes guiding my customers through onboarding noticeably more transparent and professional, for both sides.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

One area with room for improvement is the visual design. While the structure itself is helpful, a more refined and polished look could make navigating through the content even more intuitive

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Valuecase, onboarding information was often spread across different channels and documents, making it harder for customers to stay on track. Valuecase solves this by providing one central, structured place for all onboarding steps. This benefits me by saving time and reducing back-and-forth, and it benefits my customers by giving them a clear, easy-to-follow overview of the whole process.

  ### 18. Efficient communication and integration, opportunities for improvement in design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Constantin M. | Head of Sales DACH, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I find the easy handling of templates with the Valuecase AI really practical. It is very useful how quickly I can create spaces via HubSpot and share them with customers. The AI chatbot is a great help by understanding exactly what I need. Within the spaces, I particularly appreciate the Mutual Action Plan because it supports the closing of the deal. Additionally, the initial customer support by the founder Lennart was excellent, which made the setup straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

The UX/UI of the Valuecase Spaces still appear somewhat static. They could be designed to be more interactive and modern, which would further increase their attractiveness.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valuecase helps us ensure that the sales team communicates consistently and interacts interactively with customers, which is not possible with PDFs. The AI-supported template creation saves time, and the HubSpot integration ensures that every prospect receives the correct follow-ups.

  ### 19. A centralised, easy to use and fully customised portal built for the customer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aled D. | Chief Customer Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

The platform offers a fully customisable alternative to the usual back-and-forth of emails or spreadsheets. By centralising tasks and information in one place, it creates a strong first impression and helps interactions with customers feel more organised and professional.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

The platform is extremely polished and well thoughts out with regular updates. There is nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of juggling multiple customer onboarding projects manually, communicating through endless back-and-forth emails and constantly updating Excel trackers or Word documents. While dealing with a major lack of visibility and collaboration.

  ### 20. Clean, Easy-to-Use Platform That Speeds Up Client Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom A. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Its very clean and easy to use. The blocks make it a good platform, very brand-able to put your own spin on the forms and layouts, the integrations are good. It has increased performance for our onboarding as its a lot quicker to integrate new clients with support

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

there isnt a duplicate function, it makes it difficult to work quickly across a few different sectors/similar companies

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its helping us change how we brand out product, engaging new customers and outline our pricing a lot easier

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Valuecase clean, easy to use, and helpful for client onboarding. We appreciate your feedback on the duplicate function - this is something we have heard a few times and will solve in the months in some way or the other!

  ### 21. Easy to Use, Fast Performance, and Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I love how easy it is to use, how easy it is to link with our existing CRM system, how good it is in the sense of it's overall speed and performance which ties in well with the UX and how great the support is

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Not a dislike but a dark mode option would be wonderful (unless there is one already and I haven't found it!)

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to easily share the structure of a customer’s project with them, especially when I can split larger projects into more manageable sections which makes the project less overwhelming for new customers. also being about to easily update tasks to change dates is a huge improvement

  ### 22. Intuitive tool that saves time and communicates value to our customers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmin P. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I really like Valuecase and how easy it is to create clear, professional, and personalized business cases. The platform is intuitive, saves time, and makes it much easier to present value to customers in a structured and compelling way.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

More collaboration features, such as improved commenting or version tracking, would make teamwork even easier.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valuecase solves two key challenges for us: creating consistent onboarding experiences and building clear, customer-specific business cases that help communicate value effectively.

  ### 23. Exceptional Onboarding Tool with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I love how Valuecase structures the onboarding journey for our clients, making it more engaging and clear. It really helps in reducing our administrative work and ensures that clients don't go live too late. One of the features I find most valuable is the responsiveness of their team whenever support or new features are needed. Their toolkit is comprehensive, providing everything necessary to build an engaging and effective space for clients. I also like how their team comes up with solutions tailored to our unique onboarding needs, which sometimes don't fit the default elements. Additionally, the integration with Hubspot works very well, and the initial setup of Valuecase was easy.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

What is missing sometimes are UI features that make it easier to duplicate certain elements for faster building, drag and drop and pasting from the clipboard. For example, I want to paste jpeg into the attachment box by just pasting it instead of having to upload it.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valuecase structures our client onboarding, making it more engaging and clear. It reduces admin work, helps prevent delays in clients going live, and offers solutions tailored to our unique onboarding needs.

  ### 24. Streamlined Proposals and Easy Onboarding with Valuecase

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I think how Valuecase is just so easy to use and the kind of how it looks for prospective clients as well. It's really easy to update and add in content, literature, and videos. It's a lot more visual, which suits those who don't want just text. Valuecase really helps us keep our product offerings up to date and gives our prospective clients the best possible experience when deciding if we're the right provider for them. It streamlines operations by making sure next steps are clearly defined. From a marketing perspective, even before the proposal stage, it allows us to share relevant information with prospective clients. The initial setup was really easy, and Lennart was really helpful with any queries we had. The support was great, and it's very straightforward to get up and running.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

I think for us, the only thing that we would like is a version history. So if somebody accidentally deletes some wording that they've maybe tweaked in one particular proposal, just having a version history there would be great. But, when you go on live chat with them, they can easily dig it out for you, and they have recently done that. So although it could be improved, there's still a solution there.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valuecase stores templates, speeds up proposal sending, ensures consistent messaging, and tailors proposals for clients. It enhances onboarding with visibility for agencies. It keeps product offerings updated, improves client experience, and streamlines operations and marketing. Hugely saves time and speeds up the sales process.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> Thanks a lot for the great feedback - really appreciate it! As you say, we do have a comprehensive, all-time version history available on request. So rest assured we can bring back any old versions - nothing is lost. It would be even better of course if that feature was available self-service in the frontend. I will forward your feedback to our product team :)

  ### 25. Flexible, Automation-Packed Solution with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I like the flexibility of Valuecase; it's really nice that we can set up the checklists as we want. There are a lot of automations and workflows, and now they've also implemented AI. This makes it really, really flexible for adapting to any company implementation or sales process. It helps me tailor the onboarding checklist according to what the particular client contracted or the type of integration they have. It gives me the flexibility I need but also the efficiency to create those checklists since it relies on automations and AI to help build it.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

I mean, it's being improved already, but sometimes navigation on the platform, or where to find things, was not that easy at the beginning. The navigation on the tools was something that could be improved.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Valuecase to send clients their tasks in a more organized way, and it helps me tailor onboarding checklists efficiently with automations and AI.

  ### 26. Indispensable for Client Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothée K. | Etudiant en Expertise-Comptable, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I love the Valuecase calculator, which allows my clients to have a real visual on what they can gain by working with me rather than with a competitor. The often complicated calculations become simple, as they only have to enter their data, and the result is displayed instantly. Moreover, I find the initial setup very, very simple.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

I had already informed about the possibility that the forms might be reset automatically. So that the client can fill in data even an hour after having filled out the previous form.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I resolve interactions with my clients without the need for a dedicated application, simplifying communication and file sharing. The calculator helps my clients instantly visualize their potential benefits.

  ### 27. Easy to use and extremely intuitive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I appreciate about Valuecase that all necessary documents are in one place, which greatly facilitates handling. It is easy to use and very intuitive, which makes work easier. Especially the simple document upload and sharing with clients are great features. The initial setup was very easy and pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

It would be helpful if one could upload multiple documents at once. Currently, you can only select one document.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All necessary documents are bundled in one place. Valuecase is easy to use and very intuitive. Uploading documents works smoothly, and sharing with customers is straightforward. Our customers also appreciate this because they find all the documents in one place.

  ### 29. UX-Friendly and Easy to Integrate, with Strong Analytics and AI-capabilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian S. | Growth AI Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Built highly UX-friendly. Colleagues were easily onboarded and able to use Valuecase.
Through Valuecase MCP, we can easily connect Valuecase to Claude and our internal data analytics processes.
We really enjoy the Analytics feature, that Valuecase provides

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Sometimes a bit more adjustability would be nice, like changing style of forms or blocks.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It highly boosts our customer onboarding process.
Data is stored securely and our customers are happy about an efficient, guided onboarding process

  ### 30. Simple, Straightforward, and Lets You Build a Deck in Minutes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Pretty simple and straightforward. It’s very time-efficient, since you can build your deck in just minutes.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very time-efficient. It solves the problem of how much time I used to spend creating a valuable presentation, and it makes the whole process much faster.

  ### 31. Versatile Onboarding with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

I use Valuecase for onboarding new users and find it valuable because we can create our own templates, which give our clients a nice welcome and onboarding journey. I really like how you can create multiple templates to suit different types of onboarding and send out notifications. The notifications are particularly useful because they alert me when a client is completing their onboarding, so I know and can act on it. The online help was also great; they always got back super quick, telling us the best way to do something.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

A little thing, but to have notifications able to go to more than one user not just the space owner.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Valuecase for onboarding new users by creating our own templates for a smooth welcome journey, and I get notified when clients upload requested information.

**Official Response from Jan Niklas Wick:**

> Thank you for your positive review! If you want notifications to go to more internal users and not just the space owner, you can add colleagues as "internal collaborators / co-owners" to a space. After that, they receive the same notifications as the space owner.

  ### 32. Highly Customisable Platform with Great Support and Smooth Client Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Currently still some manual steps for creating and customising spaces. However, this gap is being tackled with AI

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets me centralise all onboarding steps in one place, without creating information overload through email, for example. It also sends email reminders, so I have to chase clients less often.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Nothing much to add, really. It does its job very well.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to share dozens of PDFs and documents with prospects and clients throughout the sales process by bringing all the relevant information together in one platform. This makes it easier to share information effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.
