**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

We use Valuecase to onboard exhibitors for our tradeshow, and it has made a big difference for us. Before, our exhibitor manual and questionnaires were separate, which made things more fragmented. Now everything is combined in one place.
Exhibitors can easily find all the information they need to prepare for the event, while we collect all the required details through integrated forms. It saves us time and makes the whole process much clearer for everyone involved.
The tool itself is very user-friendly (especially with the newer AI features), and it’s easy to set up and manage. What I also really appreciate is the support. Whenever I have a question, I just use the chat and get a quick, helpful response.
For me, the biggest strength is its full customisation. You can really shape it to fit your own process, which makes it work in a lot of different situations.
I’d recommend Valuecase to anyone dealing with onboarding, whether that’s customers, partners, or employees. We use it for events, but it’s flexible enough to fit almost any onboarding flow.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Because the platform is so flexible, it can take some time to determine the best structure for your use case in the beginning. However, with the support of the Valuecase team, you get up to speed quickly.

Valuecase helps us solve the fragmentation in our onboarding process. Previously, our exhibitor manual and questionnaires were separate, which led to scattered communication and more manual follow-up.

By bringing everything together in one platform, we now have a clear and structured onboarding flow. Exhibitors can easily access all the information they need in one place, while we collect all required data through integrated forms.

This saves us time, reduces back-and-forth communication, and ensures exhibitors are better prepared for our tradeshow.

It's super easy to set up and use. There are frequent product improvement and updates. Valuecase constantly proves perfect customer support, fixing possible bugs super fast.

I would love the spaces to be editable after they are live so they are always uptodate, currently this is not possible and I need to change every single space which is time consuming

Valuecase is super easy setup and has a really nice UI,  it's very customizable (you can tell they have a deep understanding of the sales process and its needs), the hubspot integration makes the day to day usage super smooth, amazing support

There is nothing i can think of, i used valuecase at my previous company and also implemented it with my new emoployer

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Value Case helps us a lot in our daily work. New spaces can be set up in seconds and the creation of templates is also very intuitive and quick. The new type of presentation creates a WOW effect with our customers and is very well received.

What is special about Valuecase, apart from the look and ease of use, is that you can see how the space is being used. This allows us to optimise our pitches more and more.

The software is extremely bug-free, it is constantly being developed in a sensible way and the support responds to our enquiries very quickly and in a very friendly manner.

Suggestions as to what additional features would help us are gratefully received and incorporated into the roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Not very much. The tool is very new so not complete, but this is absolutely fine.

Valuecase helps us with our service pitches. Thanks to Valuecase, we are able to create pitches faster, make them more individual and combine different presentations in one room.

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

The flexibility the tool offers in the creation of templates and customer spaces, is what makes it so valuable for our business case and use. 
Each customer space can get created within seconds because we can just use the created templates. 

Valuecase supports us in gathering all information we need from a customer in one space but also the other way around. Both sides will always have access to this page and even after onboarding colleagues can login and look up the documentation and information they need.

Having the option to collaborate on there really impresses our customers and improved our onboarding process a lot.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Not much to dislike. The tool is pretty new and therefore growing, but growing fast and the team is really responsive on feature request, open minded and responsive and quick on bug fixes or questions.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a way to digitalise our onboarding process but furthermore to make it more transparent for us, our customer success team and of course for the customer. Having all information in one source and making the process as efficient as possible.

Sometimes I find the customization options a little limited and I find myself seeking more freedom in designing the page.

Thanks to ValueCase I can create colorful and visually appealing presentations, including videos, one-pagers, gifs, and more. This enhances my sales pitches drastically and leaves a lasting impression on potential clients. I know this because mutliple prospects complimented on "our presentation" since it was very comprehensive, user friendly and finally not just another PP presentation.

Realy and sincerly easy to use
The UI looks slick on my side and on the client side too.
The roots of Calue Case are really pragmatic and even if there are many possibilities. Everything is logic. 
You can personalise your client's experience as much as you want?

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Lack of interaction and call to action.
It's on the roadmap but the platform needs more CTA to make the user come back and back and just validate things you created for him. 
Collaboration use case is too light. There s room for progress !

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Main reason to buy Valuecase was to engage and align with customers. Implementation was quick and easy with a direct impact on our sales process whilst reducing repetitive questions from customers. The detailed analytics allow us to better understand our prospects and which information is key for them. Great support team!

I don't see any downside to our use case.

Mutual action plan, insights about proespect behaviour which I most likely wouldn't have without a buyer-seller solution like Valuecase.

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

the calculation modul, which helps to illustrate value add calculations. These calculations and the possibility to change inputs on the fly helped our prospects a lot to quantify the value of our solution (saas tool)

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

I would have liked to get more insights / get a deeped understanding of how our prospects interacted with the page, especially knowing which inputs porospects entered in the calculation modul would be very helpful in our eyes.

**What problems is Valuecase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a product which is being extended continiously and therefore product features and views change quite often. On top of that we are still early stage therefore we are gaining a lot of new insights about prospects and which arguments resonate well with them. Therefore our pitch is changing often which leads to problems when using static pitch decks. With valuecase I can ensure that prospects always see the most recent pitch deck.

I love that:
- you can create individual spaces that display your company's image! 
- it is super easy to use
- it makes any sales pitch more colourful
- the support is very attentive and always there
- you can connect it with other tools like hubspot or slack
- it helps contact persons to pitch it internally to the decision maker
- you can upload videos, onepager, gifs and so on!
- you can easily personalize it for your potential clients

It is basically the new power point! I think it is a way quicker to prepare and colour logo and so on can be adjusted easily. The personalizations have a strong, positive impact on the sales pitch, as the recepient feels more attached to the individual landing page.

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

Once the template is created, the creation of the individual customer space only takes seconds.
Additionally, Valuecase offers the opportunity to include a checklist, so that all users can create the perfect customer space.

Valuecase offers the possibility to act as a single source of thought for the customer where the onboarding process is tracked and the customer can find all necessary information for their onboarding project.
The feedback from our customers is super positive and added a lot of value to our onboarding experience!

Overall there are only minor things, but the software gets updated frequently and new features are getting released quite often! 
The Valuecase team is always super helpful and is very open-minded about new feature ideas!

We were looking for a new/better way to onboard our customers and shorten the amount of time the product consultants/customer success managers need to spend with each onboarding. 
Not only could we shorten the time but also received a lot of positive feedback about our onboarding experience. 

We are always looking for ways to improve our self and can absolutely recommend using Valuecase for a better customer experience.

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

It makes my work a lot easier to bring our solutions to the attention of our prospects. Thanks to the structure of the landing page, you can jump back and forth between individual pages at any time, without having to jump back and forth tens of pages (as with a PowerPoint). It also gives the interested parties a super structured impression. I can't tell you how many times I've received compliments on our Valuecase Spaces. It's also super handy that you can create templates within the company that can be customised by the individual sellers with just a few clicks. This ensures that the company's external image is consistent and saves me a lot of time. I am an absolute fan and can no longer imagine selling without Valuecase.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

If I have to mention something negative here, it is really at a very high level. Sometimes I wish there were a few more features. However, the way I see the Valuecase team, which regularly introduces new features, takes feedback very much to heart and is always available for questions, they are already working on this in the background.

Finally, a customer presentation that is convincing on all levels, both visually and in terms of content! It makes both my and the prospect's experience very pleasant. My preparation time for meetings has been drastically reduced since using Valuecase.

Easy to use solution, simple yet nice design, thinking like a true sales person and covering the pain points in the sales cycle.
All in all an amazing product to help sellers around the world make the buying process for their prospects easier and more pleasently.

Hard to say to be honest. 
However, it always needs to be as easy as possible for sales people to use so that they will actually use it :) 
Please keep it nice and simple!

Keeping everything in one place.
Moving away from spreadsheets, PDFs, Whitepapers and Links, all drowned somewhere in an inbox.

- The ability to create customised spaces for customers to access relevant/important content in a single location.
- We've had great feedback from our customers!

Nothing stands out as a negative right now although I am in the early stages of using it.  Having said that, I am confident that the Valuecase team will address any future issues I may encounter in a timely fashion.

(I'm not actually using Valuecase for Sales, I'm involved in the onboarding process so post-sales). 
Previously, everything was done via email with links therein for diaries to book meetings, links to documentation, etc.  Now, we can send a customer a link to a single space from which they can easily access anything they need.

Valuecase helps you showcase the most important benefits, features, and aspects of your services in a way that's tailored to the relevant prospect. You can easily include or exclude fields of information that are suitable for the lead you want to share the micro-page with.

I love how Valuecase helps our sales team become more efficient because all the necessary information can be included and managed in one place. All they need to do is decide which fields of information, files, or sections are relevant for the lead in question.

We have received a lot of positive feedback from our clients and prospects on how well-structured our way of providing information is, all thanks to Valuecase.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. While there have been some errors and missing features, the Valuecase team is always very open to feedback and responsive. I have experienced that with each update, the list of features becomes more thorough and takes into account user feedback. I believe that over time, the software will become even more customizable, fast, and convenient.

- Productivity of sales team: with Valuecase, we can prepare offers & tailor-made service descriptions tailored to each client-specifics much faster than previously.
- Sales & marketing information management: it gets frustrating that whenever a new update of a sales or marketing material comes, it's hard for people to remember to use the most up-to-date version or to find it amongst all the materials. With Valuecase, we can ensure only the most up-to-date materials uploaded by the administrator will be used to share with leads.

We have integrated Wingman into all our teams to standardize processes more and, most importantly, to give the customer that extra something.

The feedback has been great. The time required is also kept within reasonable limits.

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

In my opinion, Valuecase is the future of b2b sales and key account management. It is easy to share content about products, conversations and generally customer relationship. All content can be professionally presented centrally and then used in a scalable way across the entire sales team. The most outstanding features for me and our teams are the business case calculator and the joint project plan, which can be used to structure the collaboration with the customer. Valuecase is extremely easy to use and to maintain and deploy content. In our sales area, it is seen as a democratization of PowerPoint skills, as every sales employee can ensure a professional external appearance very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Valuecase?**

A few more prominent features, such as user management, are not yet fully developed. However, many requirements and wishes have already been implemented in the last weeks/months. Currently, Valuecase ensures that a feature is delivered exceptionally quickly if missing.

Now, there is only one single source of truth in the entire sales process. Sales Reps and Partner Managers do not need to focus on preparing PowerPoint and Excel sheets. Now, they can spend the time they have gained on the more essential parts of the sales process, like the relationship with the customer.

I do not have much too dislike about Valuecase. It is a super easy to use tool and everyone in your sales org will love it. The support team is also available 24/7 if there are any questions.

1) Reducing sales cycle
By providing a lot of information upfront, we reduce the number of meetings and emails required. This leads to a short sales cycle.

2) Improving conversion rate
By providing information in a structured manner, it is easier for us to convince clients.

3) Reduced admin time
By providing information upfront, we reduce the number of questions we get. Our sales agents can thus focus on more deals.

**What do you like best about Valuecase?**

The best part was when my prospect said how much they loved the site tailored for them. And many others were positive on this way to engage. Instead of documents and other information getting buried in inboxes, Valuecase allows us to centralize pertinent information for everyone in the buying center to access. One of the coolest features is the timeline. Mutually agreeing on an action plan, and being able to collaborate at the same time, really helps understand their buying process and then my forecasting. I highly recommend this platform for sales teams!

Just one minor thing is I'd like to be able to copy blocks inbetween spaces. I think this is on the roadmap though.

There is nothing I dislike. There are some new features to come that I can´t wait for, and Lennart and his team are continually improving the tool and speed, so thumbs up!
