What do you like best about UserGems?

UserGems has been instrumental in helping us reconnect with lost contacts and expand our reach. The platform makes it easy to build sequences tailored to our messaging and outreach strategy. I especially appreciate how UserGems analyzed our existing database to identify lost contacts - this has enabled us to restart conversations with previous champions and expand our opportunities. The team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to build effective sequences that deliver value to potential customers. What do you dislike about UserGems?

One of the key challenges we aimed to solve was rebuilding relationships with contacts we've lost touch with over the years. Our sales team simply didn't have the bandwidth or capabilities to prospect efficiently. UserGems solved this by leveraging our database to uncover those lost connections. Now we can reach out in a scalable way to re-engage previous champions. Overall, UserGems has enabled us to restart critical conversations and expand our pipeline. The ability to track champions and power users in a scalable way. We get new UG leads through Slack, and have built dashboards in our CRM that showcase the UserGems leads in each account. UserGems makes it easy to target and track easy wins. At the beginning of each month, UserGems sends us a list of leads that we can assign to our SDRs. This list includes previous customers that have moved into a similar role at a new company. The support given by UserGems is also top notch.
