It allows for a warmer way to break into new accounts. **What do you dislike about UserGems?** Sometimes it is a little inaccurate. For example, I'll get a lead who started at a company a year ago. **Recommendations to others considering UserGems:** none **What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to automate who is moving from one company to the other so that I don't have to keep track of it myself. Everything I need to know and more. **What do you dislike about UserGems?** It is a little annoying that it takes an hour to get results for people that haven't been queried in the past month. However, I am okay with this as it means I know the data is up to date. **Recommendations to others considering UserGems:** UserGems is fantastic. The API is so easy to use (the integration took minutes). The data they provide is incredibly accurate and up to date. Along with being more accurate, they are able to extract data on more users than its competitors can. What's more, it's cheaper than the competitors. Deciding to use UserGems over the other options was easy and easy choice. **What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enriching our users so we can better understand them and enriching our leads so we can better sell to them. ### 4. We have been a client since Q2 of 2019 and have fantastic results. This week alone we received our monthly report and had several demos booked in the first hour with opportunities we wouldn't have found otherwise. We also identified current clients that had our main contact leave. This level of insight is invaluable! The support at UseGems is top notch and they have provided excellent training. **What do you dislike about UserGems?** We really haven't seen a downside in the product. **Recommendations to others considering UserGems:** Ask them to run a test file for you **What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our industry has a high turnover of users within our accounts. Usergems also shorten the buying cycle significantly ### 9. Without our amazing sales ops team this project would've been a challenge to implement.
