Its Recovery rate specially it can recover oldest data from Hard drive or memory without missing any important information also

Cost Management should be there if we talk about any middle class techie ones should afford all that.

Not solving now, but solved very critical situation problem my educational data backuped from a  damaged hard drive,will say worth solution uptill

Ease of use, solid customer service, straighforward interface

**What do you dislike about US DataVault Disaster Recovery?**

We use Microsoft products; for the few Linux servers we have, the backup is a bit clumsy. Customer service was very helpful in resolving this.

**What problems is US DataVault Disaster Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We back up our data files, our customer data, and our library of documents. No losses in our entire time with this company, over five years. We have had no downtime from any losses, and no employee has to do tedious backups.
