**What do you like best about Upper?**

Upper allows us to import our Customers/Stops easily with from Excel and then utilize the software to efficiently route our drive.  The software verifies the addresses for us.  Also, their customer service is excellent and responsive.  Our business is seasonal so we only use the app for those months and than cancel our subscription and renew the next year.  This is our 3rd year using Upper and each year they have made improvements.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

Upper meets our needs. If they could offer pricing based on the size of our business (3 team members in our business), that would be nice.

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can import our 1100 customers and sort by zip code so that we can dispatch and route efficiently, saving time and fuel!

**What do you like best about Upper?**

Upper has been a lifesaver for managing our daily routes. It’s super easy to adjust routes on the fly, which is crucial for us because our schedule changes all the time. The interface is intuitive, and even our less tech-savvy drivers picked it up quickly. Plus, the customer service is top-notch—they’ve been really responsive whenever we’ve had a question.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

One thing that would be nice is if there was an automatic way to schedule an uninstallation 10 days after an installation, but I know that’s a pretty specific need for our business.

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upper has really simplified our routing process. Before, we were juggling multiple tools just to keep track of our daily installs and removals. Now, everything’s in one place, and we can easily adjust routes as new jobs come in. It’s saved us so much time and reduced the stress of managing last-minute changes. Our drivers love how straightforward it is, and our clients appreciate the timely updates.

**What do you like best about Upper?**

With Upper, our delivery ops headache has been resolved. It simplifies a way to find the best route, real time tracking of the individual delivery and hassle free delivery acknowledgemet process(ePoD). It not only reduces our route planning and delivery management efforts but also reduces the cost associated with it cosidering the scale of delivery service.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

More customization while route planning is appreciated and support for more features in mobile application compared to web will be more helpful.

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning for longer routes has always been a hectic and challenging thing for us as it requires more meticulous planning for timely delivery and smoother experience to the end customer. Upper made it easy, and electronic proof of delivery brought transparency for both parties.

**What do you like best about Upper?**

What I love most about Upper Route Planner is its real-time tracking. It changed how we manage our deliveries, now we can see where our drivers are without buying any additional hardware. Also, the Import spreadsheet feature is good for us, as we have all data on Excel, which we just drag to Upper.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

Honestly, I haven't found anything to dislike. Sometimes it gets a bit slow, but when I contacted Support, they were able to help me troubleshoot.

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Route planning was a nightmare for us, with lots of manual work on Google Maps. Now, with automatic route optimization, we save a lot of time and fuel. The real-time tracking keeps us updated on our drivers and helps us fix problems quickly. The proof of delivery feature with photos and signatures brings transparency for our end customers.

**What do you like best about Upper?**

I really like Upper's comprehensive route optimization, which significantly enhances the efficiency of our deliveries. The tracking feature offers real-time tracking and overall visibility of our delivery process. Also, the integration with Shopify makes it a perfect tool to make the entire process much smoother and more efficient. Customer support is also a standout feature.

They can improve by providing more customization options for route planning.

Upper solves several challenges in delivery operations. The route optimization increases the no. of deliveries & reduces the fuel costs. The proof of delivery (ePOD) process reduces disputes and improves customer trust. Overall for us, it improved our delivery efficiency while reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Upper?**

Upperinc offers highly accurate route planning and real-time tracking. The error rate is low, and the system is very user-friendly. We previously used apps that had frequent issues with delivery accuracy, but Upperinc’s precise tracking and simple interface have made a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

The only drawback is the limited customization options for reports. The current options are good, but more flexibility would be better.

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used manual methods and other apps, which led to inefficiencies and high fuel costs. With Upperinc, our drivers are more efficient, completing deliveries faster and with fewer mistakes. New drivers learn quickly, and the proof of delivery feature keeps everything on track. Upperinc has made our grocery delivery service smoother and more reliable.

**What do you like best about Upper?**

Manas and his Team are attentive, positive and always willing to help solve our company's ever-changing needs to get our service and install teams on the road and back home on time with maximum travel efficiency. They are out of the box thinkers when it comes to our vision on how we can best use their software.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

frequent pop-up chats in the portal is probably the only negative.

We run solar service and install teams across 20 counties in Florida. We use the software to maximize our fuel costs and service the most customers daily as possible.

**What do you like best about Upper?**

Upper Inc planner took our excel sheets that we used before and upload in a seamless ways. There was no extra setup cost of this migration. Their customer support team was soo responsive during the whole migration process.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

Learning a new software can have a learning curve. Their maps was slightly slow in the initial days, but their customer support was super helpful to fix that issue in the next release.

**Recommendations to others considering Upper:**

Usability and communications with clients and drivers are very easy through this app. Having tools that educate clients and set expectations very clear.

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we specifically solved planning and optimizing the multi-stop routes as we have more than 235 stopes per route. All these were done with collect proof of delivery option.

**What do you like best about Upper?**

Upper route planner is suitable for pick up and delivery routes for field delivery drivers. It is helpful for us during multi-stop planning thereby increasing productivity and reducing cost.

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

Sometimes we have slow optimization speed and low optimization quality in planning longer routes. In some cases there is very less ability to adjust already planned routes.

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We eliminated pen and paper maps and eliminated manual Microsoft Excel entries. We are using multi-stop route planning for unlimited route options which is critical for delivery business.

Simple. No special requirements for the driver module. No app, no updates, no signup, no logins. Click, start and deliver!

**What do you dislike about Upper?**

I do not have much to talk about here. Whenever there was a problem, the prompt actions from the support team gave me a solution, workaround, or even added a missing feature

**What problems is Upper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upper solved our problem of not being able to scale up because we mostly depended on the human part of planning. Shifting to Upper is a huge saving in time, cost and man hours.
