"Perfectly reliable fax service"

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

Based online, so we don't need any fax receiving or sending hardware. This reduces the total cost of using and maintaining it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

I am hard-stretched to find anything I dislike it. It has had 100% reliability the whole time we have used it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously had onsite PBX hardware that had fax reception over VOIP. Fax reception over VOIP is usually unreliable, and we would miss pages, or have streaks in faxes. It also had to be maintained (security updates, checking uptime etc.).

I switched us to InterFAX and it has been flawless. Faxes are received perfectly. Additionally we can send faxes from the web interface, or via email. Although only one member of staff takes advantage of sending faxes vs the physical fax machine we use to send, it's still beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

Upland interfax offers reliable, secure cloud faxing with strong encryption and HIPAA compliance, making it ideal for industries like mine in healthcare. "Very reliable web service based eFaxing with excellent API"

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I have been using eFax for many years. Initially my experience was with an on premise eFax server which became a big concern for disaster recovery. Moving to InterFax was very smooth and has been ultra reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

While it is affordable, faxing is no longer leading edge technology. I think a rate cut is in order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We still have business partners that want to send us faxes. InterFax converts that to PDF and emails to us so we can then put into computer workflows in our custom Transportation Management System. Thank you for sharing your experience with InterFAX! We're pleased that you found sending via email simple and convenient, and that the ability to track logs was helpful for audit compliance. InterFAX automatically retries three to five times before sending a failed confirmation, so if it's showing up as a failed in your outbound queue, it's already attempted sending three to five times and has not received a successful submission. We decided to limit the retry attempts to 3-5 in order to protect server efficiency.
