Like if you are at the point where you are getting my first and last name but also asking for a survey, it really highlights how little thought you have put into this customer lifecycle **What problems is UpGuard Trust Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not sure I was forced to use - looks like is is collecting info that could go into goole sheets or drive and be free ### 3.
