I like how efficient it is to onboard new vendors using questionnaires based on security frameworks like NIST CSF. The ability to map vendors' security practices to these frameworks and come up with a final score is really helpful. UpGuard takes the manual process of security document exchanges and stores them in a single repository. Once the questionnaires are completed, they are automatically mapped to the NIST framework and a score is provided. There's no need for manual review and on-net storage of the documentation for the vendor, as everything is saved online with historical notes and documents under the vendor. The initial setup of UpGuard was very easy.
