upcell is a unified prospecting and enrichment system that helps RevOps and sales teams create cleaner, more consistent data inside their CRM. The process begins with the upcell Chrome Extension, where reps capture a lead directly from LinkedIn in one click. That action exports a shell record—containing basic contact information—into the CRM and engagement tools. This step automatically triggers upcell’s enrichment layer, activating a process that connects prospecting with clean, complete data. Once the shell record exists in the CRM, the upcell Enrichment App connects to every data provider the company has activated through API keys. It then pulls data from multiple providers, merges the results, and standardizes every field before writing the record back into the CRM. This multi-vendor enrichment model ensures that every record follows the same format, structure, and quality standard, regardless of where the data originated.
