upcell is a unified prospecting and enrichment system that helps RevOps and sales teams create cleaner, more consistent data inside their CRM. It standardizes how records are captured, enriched, and activated across the sales stack—eliminating the manual work and inconsistencies that come from disconnected tools. The process begins with the upcell Chrome Extension, where reps capture a lead directly from LinkedIn in one click. That action exports a shell record—containing basic contact information—into the CRM and engagement tools. **What do you like best about upcell?**

Having used 5+ different data providers, upcell is by far and away the simplest one I've used. the hotkeys make it extremely user-friendly and the data accuracy is on par if not better than the major players.

**What do you dislike about upcell?**

They're limited to North America currently, so if you're doing a lot of business globally that could be a challenge. The nice thing is you can connect another data provider's API key that does have global coverage, so you can still take advantage of the hotkey!

**What problems is upcell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

upcell has simplified the data game. In a world where you have so many options and lead data has been commoditized, this has been a game changer for our team of 10. the accuracy, simple CRM integration and their support team have all been a breath of fresh air after trying countless providers.

Upcell has drastically improved our prospecting efficiency and accuracy. The ability to quickly find accurate contact information, including verified phone numbers, has been a major time-saver. Upcell has the best mobile phone data on the market. The interface is incredibly easy to use, the integrations are seamless and it makes building prospect lists a breeze. I use Upcell every day in my business and it allows me to generate more leads than any other tool I've used. 

It's not only easy to use, but the team is constantly updating it and making improvements in real time. Plus their customer support is top of the line. I can't say enough good things about Upcell.

There's nothing bad to say about Upcell, it's a top of the line product.

Upcell allows me to quickly pull lists of high quality mobile phone data to generate leads for my business. Before Upcell, I was constantly dealing with really bad numbers and pulling lists from all over the place, needing to validate data all the time, all sorts of things.

Upcell’s phone numbers convert better than anything I’ve used. The data is super accurate—and I’ve tried a lot of tools.

I also love the Clay integration. It makes everything faster and more streamlined.

The team is fantastic. They keep improving the platform, are easy to reach, and are always super helpful.

There’s nothing I can think of.  Everything is great.

Upcell lets you quickly pull high-quality mobile numbers to generate leads. Before, I wasted time chasing bad data and piecing lists together from different sources.

Literally the fastest prospecting tool ever. Gone are the days of going back and forth with chrome extensions, clicking, more clicking, then over to your CRM, then more clicking, over to your cadence tool etc. One click of a button on LinkedIn and you're done. Prospect created in CRM, cadence tool, and in the sequence you want. 

Quality and speed! What every seller needs is efficiency, and the best way to get that with upcell.

Nothing. The tool is exactly as advertised!

**What do you like best about upcell?**

Having previously used a complicated and manual system to cultivate leads (which becomes a full-time endeavor), upcell has now automated our lead sourcing process.  We are also thrilled that upcell provides data which has allowed us to cut out unnecessary licenses to other data providers.  
Lead sourcing automation along with excellent data are two very critical elements that upcell has solutioned for us!

**What do you dislike about upcell?**

There is nothing to dislike about this product.  Mark took the time to prove the process works, and it has worked exactly as expected.  Mark has also been there post-sale to support nuanced questions and that means a lot, these guys care about your business and want to make sure that upcell is impacting it in a positive way.

**What problems is upcell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating lead sourcing which has had a tremendous impact!  The workflow in upcell replaces what would have taken hours and days to do the traditional way.

**What do you like best about upcell?**

Our team has been crushing it with getting our propsects on their cell phones. Just by switching providers, we have seen a 3x increase in connect rates.  In addition to the mobile phone data, the way that our team is able to get their key personas into their workflow is effortless and very easy to use, and then you top that with champion tracking and social selling....it's a slam dunk for any GTM organization! Well done team upcell!

Pipeline Generation is key for any organization, and our reps are able to communicate with our key accounts and not worry about if the data is good or bad. They have the confidence that if they make a dial, odds are they will have a conversation with their propsect. It has also allowed us to boost AE and BDR collaboration to the enxt level, by allowing AEs to prospect for their BDRs and drop people right into cadence for them to call! It's amazing!

Upcell stands out for its simplicity and ability to keep everything organized through intuitive hotkeys and seamless CRM synchronization. For example, when researching a specific prospect or company, you can assign a hotkey to consolidate all related information in one place effortlessly. It's clear that Upcell was designed by experienced prospectors, specifically for professionals who handle high volumes of prospecting, ensuring it meets real-world needs effectively.

**What do you dislike about upcell?**

For those working quickly, API throttling can sometimes cause delays. While this isn’t an issue with Upcell itself, there are occasional challenges when prospecting on LinkedIn—such as not always being able to confirm if a group or list of people has already been uploaded. Although this can be easily spot-checked, it’s a minor inconvenience. Some users have even suggested a simple “loading” button to provide more reassurance during the process.

**What problems is upcell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upcell is effectively tackling both the quality and quantity aspects of data challenges. My team has greatly benefited from Upcell’s ability to pull accurate and consistent data from our prospect lists after conducting searches. This reliability ensures that we can focus on outreach and strategy without worrying about the integrity of our data.

**What do you like best about upcell?**

we use upcell consistantly everyday. its super easy to integrate and the upcell team is open to customizing it for your usecase. they offer great support via linked-in when we have questions. feels like they are part of the team. 

as far as the numbers go and is it cost effective? Upcell increased our SDR effecacy, saving 30 seconds of rep time per prospect we import (vs searching the prospect in a 3rd party software and adding them to our CRM). For high volume SDR prospecting on linked-in this amounted to over an hour and half of saved time our SDR was able to recouperate each day, which worked out to be 30 hours per month; all of which was more time the rep could focus on actually selling.

We also found the data sourcing from upsell to be more accurate then buying lists from 3rd party sources as well. 24% more accurate across the lists we tested. which meant fewer gate keepers and translated to even more time savings on each call our SDR made by eliminating the opportunity cost of bad data.

**What do you dislike about upcell?**

The only thing i wish upcell had was a bulk export feature so we wouldn't have to click through each prospect. however this is more a limitation of linked-in prospecting than anything else so this didnt affect my willingess to recommend upsell to my clients as a way to optimize thier SDR's linked-in prospecting capibilities

**What problems is upcell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

upcell provides an easy way to add linked-in prospects to your CRM and enrich thier data. its possible to set up keyboard shortcuts so , once a rep is trained on that, they are able to CRM prospects at lightening speed. the data enrichment is extremly accurate as well vs other 3rd party data providers!

Saves so much time compared to the other data tools out there. Super fast to pull leads and really everything you need for a salesperson to get data into a CRM fast. We were able to increase our velocity compared to using the legacy info providers while cutting costs. As a sales professional, I'm always on the lookout for tools that can streamline my workflow and help me close deals faster. Upcell, I can confidently say, has been a game-changer for my sales process.

Super easy to use and the Upcell team got us up and running in under a day. I have used Upcell at two different companies and have had the same experience.

Would highly recommend!!

**What do you like best about upcell?**

Hands down the easiest prospecting tool to use with the highest quality/most accurate phone numbers, which drastically reduces the manual time spent when finding contracts and engaging accounts.  I've used almost every contact info prospecting tool in my 12 years of Enterprise sales experience (Zoominfo, Apollo, Enlyft, 6Sense, Cognism).  Most of these tools have lower accuracy rates and take multiple steps with multiple windows open to accurately upload to your CRM and not create duplicates.  Upcell is so simple to use, 1 click update to CRM or prospecting list and no duplicate records.  I love Upcell and recommend it hands over fist to anyone in sales.  It's super easy to set up and super easy to connect to your CRM.

**What do you dislike about upcell?**

I honestly can not think of a downside here.  Upcell is a simple, direct, easy to use purpose built solution for accurately finding the phone numbers salespeople need to engage, call, and text prospects.

**What problems is upcell solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today, salespeople rely too heavily on mass blasting people with AI tools and automated sequencing - the negative effect is that people simply do not respond to cold emails anymore.  However, people still answer the phone and in many cases the phone and cold calling is becoming more and more successful!  There is a need to have highly accurate phone numbers to do cold calling effectively and efficiently.  So Upcell is a critical tool to find and get the highest quality phone numbers, while drastically reducing the amount of manual task time for salespeople.
