**What do you like best about Unmind?**

No one's experience with mental health is the same, so not everyone responds to the cookie cutter approach that some vendors provide.

Unmind offers a great catalogue of resources that are impactful, tailored and allow the individual to select something that is meaningful, timely and relevant to their circumstances.

I want more podcasts and locally curated material.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

The variety of features and tools and the fact the tools and content is reguarly refreshed, aligning with topical issues and also covering both mainstream and niche areas of mental health and wellbeing. I also like the fact that Unmind is accessible in a range of different formats, on the go, across all devices. The educational elements of Unmind are very impressive too, allowing you to gain foundational knowledge at a pace which suits you.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

There is not much to dislike about Unmind!

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing colleagues a vital, confidential, mental health tool which they can access privately if they prefer not to engage more formal channels of wellbeing support such as HR. For me personally, Unmind is great at giving me a snapshot and analytical perspective on my mental health. It benefits me in regards to provide easy accessibility and signposting to help and support which can sometimes be difficult or confusing when using other means.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

It is a wonderful platform, easy to manage (via app or laptop), with a lot of effective tools not limited to mental health, not invasive, continuously updated, well appreciated by the employees and so really useful to engage people within the organization. The "Client Success Team" followed the implementation step by step supporting the launch in my Company and also the post-launch asking for feedback, areas of improvement etc. and providing insightful data to engage our people in the right way. Wonderful!

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

Unfortunately, the platform is not available in all languages and it is a barrier to effective and constant use of the app. But Unmind is updating, offering its tools in additional languages (just started LatinAm Spanish and then likely German and Italian) and that's helpful!

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Company mental health proposition is based on Unmind platform and we expect a very positive impact at our next Company survey ; anyway the first feedback from our employees were more than positive

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

I like how easy the website is to navegate, and the amount of resources available. It was a very straight forward sign up process. 
The team at Unmind are always prompt at offering support when needed.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

So far, I haven't come across any down sides. I will flag that I have only been registed for a short few months.

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's become a good avenue to help remove myself from the business from life for short periods of time. 
It has brought relaxation and calmness to my every day.

A very accessible, and visually appealing app, with clear interface. It offers many different tools, long or short, for different health "issues".

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

I don't know yet what the impact of the app is on my mental health & wellbeing. So not sure yet.

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Unmind can help me relax - especially after having a long day. I love the sound part, since we're always online, this helps me calm down and rewind in my train ride home. Also, I just went through some difficult times, and it gives fitted guidance.

I find there is not enough reading material, as most content is video or audio. Whilst I don't mind some of those, I like to read articles etc for consuming info a lot of time

It's user friendly, is good as a corporate benefit, has some good content, useful from a workplace experience POV

Sometimes product feels janky, not enough permissions / information in the admin dashboard for companies, which means additional time email the support centre.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

The best experience with Unmind is listening stories about a lot of aspects of mental health and wellness. Really helpful is also the index to check your improvement day by day. I appreciate to listen relaxing music too.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

It isn't easy to find some negative aspects or areas for improvement. The main one is the language barrier: as Italian, an Italian app version could improve the efficacy of Unmind!

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

The most helpful thing about Unmind is the sleep content.Great CSM and easy integration. There are a lot of different ways to use the platform.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

I don't love the longer form course content, or the new organization of the platform. It is also always asking me to re-sign in and create a new account which is incredibly frustrating. The marketing material that is created does not use a health promotion approach to encourage increased utilization.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

I like the short guided meditations best - there are lots of different types for whatever you feel you need on that day.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

If I had to choose something that could be improved, maybe more selection of voices on the guided sessions.

Unmind helps if I'm not feeling quite myself.  I can do a little daily boost and it brings me back to what's important.  I am more productive as, once I've did a guided unmind session, I feel like I can take on the day.

The contect is very easy to access and easy to understand. The platform has been rolled out across the organisation easily and has provided proactive ways to improve wellness. Great app and can be accessed in different ways - phone app, desktop or the MS Teams integration.

Nothing, the platform has worked really well. Logging in is very easy with SSO.

It's a platform that allows overall health and well-being for our people. It's intuitive and is more than traditional mental health support. Being able to choose a practitioner for talk and having unlimited access is groundbreaking.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

Ever since I started conversations with Unmind, I have felt the company understood my firm's aims. They were never trying to sell us something we didn't need and instead were tuned into how they could support the gaps in our wellbeing offering that we needed to address. They were collaborative and easy to work with all throughout the procurement process, technical implementation, and launch periods and I have no doubt they will continue to support ongoing engagement post-launch.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

It will be great once the app is offered in more languages, as I have heard how much our French- and Spanish-speaking colleagues have responded to using the platform in their native tongues. Not really a downside... more of an exciting opportunity to look forward to as I know there are more languages in the pipeline!

Unmind is helping us bridge the gap between proactive and reactive care, to ensure all employees have tools to improve their wellbeing - not just those experiencing a challenge.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

Unmind is much more than an employee benefit. They are a platform for cultural change, which is very apparent based on the authenticity, consistency, and transparency of the good people with good intentions that I interact with regularly. Unmind meets new demands and challenges with optimism and a spirit of teamwork to help find solutions. I appreciate all that they do for us! In terms of the product itself, it meets the requirements of the unique demands of our industry and has such a diverse breadth of content that anyone anywhere can find a tool or exercise that will work for them. I am excited to continue growing the partnership and achieve our goal of establishing a mentally healthy workplace.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the platform, but I am looking forward to continuing to see new developments. Some suggestions that have come up are the ability to toggle between languages and Okta integration!

Unmind is helping our employees normalize the conversation around mental wellness and prioritize their well-being more regularly. It helps people develop new skills, find new tools to tackle everyday stressors, and keep them performing at their best!

Always something new. There is a vast depth of content to keep users engaged and the analytics are super helpful in identifying & addressing potential problem areas.

Provides support and education on Mental health and Well-being for all colleagues.  Colleague Wellbeing is very individual, but Unmind helps satisfy a broad range of colleagues to personalise the support.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

I like that Unmind had so many resources for all focuses of life!  Not just meditation.  I can also focus on healthy eating habits and personal relationships as well.  I have realized through using Unmind that so many of these areas in life truly are entangled and each area of focus needs to be addressed to be a well adjusted healthy person.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

I have not come across any features I dislike.  I have used other apps like Headspace and Calm and Unmind has so much more content to explore.  I guess the one downside would be that there is so much content available that sometimes I don't know where to begin.

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am realizing using the Check-in feature the various cycles I go through when I am stressed and anxious.  It has helped me realize when this happens and I am able to take a step back and find ways to tackle stressors without becoming completed stressed and crabby.  I have also found that the Health tools made me realize that it isn't an all or nothing approach to improving habits.  I can make small modifications that can make a big difference.  Also, being able to take a break in the middle of the day for a daily boost or use the Calm or Mindfulness tools to take a breather when it is a chaotic day.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

I like the index and insights. Understanding where to focus both my individual efforts to support my well-being, and also how to dedicate larger efforts to support organizational well-being.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

Unmind is wonderful if you remember to use it. It would be great if there were more regular reminders to complete the index, or to engage with the platform regularly. I think this would go a long way with user engagement. I also think it's critical to build integrations in with other more regularly used tools, like Apple Watch or places where analytics can be married with other sources of data for people.

**Recommendations to others considering Unmind:**

The team at Unmind is second to none - they are an excellent group of passionate, mission-driven individuals looking to transform workplace mental health. My recommendation is to leverage them as much as possible to gain knowledge to drive cultural change.

It helps me better understand who is engaged and where the organization needs more support. It's early on in our utilization journey so far, but the preliminary data about where to focus our efforts and the overall health of the org is interesting.

Extremely simple to use. Many choices that are constantly updated. The Unmind guide assigned to us was very helpful and she made all the difference in growing the program.

It is anonymous. It was impossible to incentivised our employees. It could help if Unmind could verify registration and/or participation.

The many tools and resources on the go are helpful.  It's intuitive to navigate and I appreciate that the content is continually being updated and added to.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

For our organization, it's a pretty expensive cost, even at a discounted rate.  We see the value but getting employees to use it is an ongoing challenge.

It allows us to provide at least a base-level offering for all employees, specifically those whose schedules make it difficult to attend our regular wellness offerings.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

We partnered with UnMind just over four months ago and have been pleased with the product.  It is accessible to all of the countries we have offices in and fills the "prevention" bucket in our three pronged approach to mental health.  The user dashboard is intuitive and the time investment is minimal, which is essential for our busy population.  They recently rolled out marketing in French, which has lifted a barrier for our France office and has proved to be high impact.  We are looking forward to more languages being included!  The marketing is attractive, modern, and there are many options to choose from depending on the aesthetic and copy you are looking for.  As we continue to spread awareness of the availability of UnMind, we are looking forward to increasing our engagement and encouraging individuals to invest in mental health early on, as to maximize their resilience, emotional energy, and overall synergy in the realm of wellbeing.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

We are early in our implementation, so the feedback may be limited due to this.

With our three bucket approach to mental health, our intent is to raise awareness of the importance of the preventative side of mental health fostering.  UnMind is one of those resources where you may not feel like you need it, but will benefit greatly from it.

**What do you like best about Unmind?**

Unmind is a platform that has been built to feel very easy to turn to proactively and reactively. What I like best is how it is accessible to all when mental health is very personal and individual and how it feels expert-led and trusted without - feeling clinical. I love as a person responsible for delivering the platform to my colleaugues within my place of work how effortless it is to promote the platform as it sells itself and the promotional content and support is always there ahead of schedule and always really high quality.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

There isn't anything significant I dislike about the platform except in mobile view I wish the scroll throughs in the series section were smaller e.g I could see more at once on the screen. I'd also love the desktop of Unmind to be single sign on in my organsiation but I know Unmind are working on this.

**Recommendations to others considering Unmind:**

There is no one platform, product or benefit that will improve well days at home or at work for your colleagues but Unmind is a pretty good contender. If you are looking at Unmind for your organisation my feedback is that this IS great easy to use scalable technology that is continously and thoughtfully developed by the Unmind team with humans and workplaces in mind.  It's a big investment but if harnessed properly has the potential to put your colleagues truly in the driving seat of their mental wellbeing and is much more than an app of tools but a full wrap around to support a proactive and reactive mental wellbeing strategy in the workplace. Like anything it may take thought and care to get to ambitious adoption levels in your business but it is a benefit that can make a huge tangible difference to individuals.

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business Unmind are helping us in solving the problem of putting colleagues truly in the driving seat of their own mental wellbeing with a legitimate and engaging way to do this positively in addition to the great challenge of increasing wellbeing acumen amongst our line managers and teams to be able to make better days at work for our colleagues. Whilst we have been dissapointed in the levels of adoption we ambiciously set ourselves for the platform initially we have realised many many benefits from investing in Unmind as a key benefit to our colleagues. This includes employee brand, mental health and wellbeing education and awareness and reactive support for colleagues too when they need it most. The Unmind ethos and brand and the excellent client support fits right in with where we want to be on our colleague wellbeing journey and there isn't a current comparison to what is on offer here.

Really quick and easy to use, no barriers to access, and lots of boosts to support me
I use Check-in and Index most regularly and daily boosts
I have also completed the mental health series, where I picked up lots of valuable tips

It is the same with all mental health support; it asks me to spend time focussing on how I'm feeling, and connecting to those feelings can sometimes be off-putting when I want to 'crack on.'

**Recommendations to others considering Unmind:**

ITts a good part of a whole wellbeing package because it can be shared across employees, everyone can use how and when they wish and with the right amount of focus and use it can help proactive management of wellbeing for most audiences. It isn't set up to change behaviors, but it does act as a framework within which colleagues can build good health habits, and we encourage colleagues to talk about their use of it whenever possible and to use the check-in feature before a 121 to be able to have an honest conversation about your health.

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helpful to pause and check in with myself occasionally; where I see a particularly low score, it quickly directs me to tools and resources that could be helpful. I've also recently started to access the mindful meditation content, which is helpful to transition from work to home

The challenges of our lives are addressed through the content of the Unmind App and the available resources, to assist us in these difficult moments, are sourced from professionals but focussed towards each and every user of the App - no matter what our background may be.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

It would be wonderful if there was a dedicated, and targeted, resource for each and every challenge that comes our way. 
Of course this is simply not possible and Unmind have, instead, provided the foundation blocks which will help to strengthen and support us through challenges of any shape or form.

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Life is so unpredictable and we not only need a strong foothold when those unexpected moments confront us, but we also need resilience and perseverance to weather the storm while it lasts. The Covid pandemic is just one such example, and one where Unmind has, for many, provided that foothold - and a hand to guide and support in the eye of the storm.

But there are, without doubt, more storms looming over the horizon and many have recognised that Unmind can be a guiding light when, all around, there is just darkness.

I wanted to share a comment from one of our employees to show an example of the feedback we're getting:
"Used the sleep tales for the first time last night! Wasn’t too sure on it at first as I generally sleep well but today was a busy one so knew I’d have a hard time switching off. Honestly think I had one of the best nights sleep I’ve had for a while 😂. Actually can’t get over how good it is that our business is rolling this out and how supportive it feels"

As the lead on the implementation team, the support we got (and still get) to roll out from our Client Success Manager was instrumental to our success.  We are a very large organisation and have extremely exacting needs.  The team helped at every step of the way, and being able to see snap shots of how our employees are feeling through the admin dashboard is going help us make more targeted interventions to support mental health and wellbeing in the business.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

I wouldn't call these "dislikes" at all, but we are working with Unmind to develop greater accessibility for screen readers to support employees who use that technology.  There were a couple of niggles with the App not catching up with people as they worked through series, and some sound issues, but these were all dealt with swiftly without any hassle.

Working with an employee population of over 40k globally to assess and address mental health at work, using Unmind  is giving me valuable insights into how employees are feeling.  I can then use this data to identify early intervention opportunities or assess the impact of changes in a business.

Thanks to Unmind we've put a great resource into the hands of our employees. It provides our teams with in-the-moment professional support and helps everyone get into good wellbeing and working habits. The range of tools and topics covered is extensive and, from what I've seen, unmatched by competitors. It's also got great functionality that enables us to integrate it with our ways of working eg by sending praise through the app. This means that Unmind isn't just a standalone wellbeing app - it's becoming a part of our working experience.

The team at Unmind are also fantastic to work with - they've been really great at guiding us through the integration process and supporting engagement with the product.

**What do you dislike about Unmind?**

It's been a bit harder getting engagement in countries or areas of the business where the stigma of mental health is still quite strong. But by pitching the app as a practical resource that will support everyday working experiences, we'll hopefully continue to drive engagement in these areas.

The tool is simple to use and I have always found the subject I would like to focus on or find in order to support a member of staff is there and if its not, Unmind already have a plan to role it out.

I just wish everyone would see the same value in the tool as I do. Mental wellbeing  something that some people fail to prioritize until the point of crisis. I am always working to ensure that even the those higher on the mental wellbeing spectrum are aware that they can get something out of the tool too.

Unmind is a valuable tool within our wellbeing tool kit. Its latest focus on the education of mental wellbeing as a tool for those supporting others is really valuable as it gives us another way to encourage use and take up of the tool as a supportive mechanism. Unmind really is a fantastic tool! We have recently launched Unmind as a tool for our colleagues across the organisation to help them proactively measure and manage their health and wellbeing, and the feedback that we have had from our teams has been overwhelmingly positive. The support received from the Client Success team at Unmind has been invaluable throughout our launch period including brilliant technical support if our colleagues required it.

I love the variety that Unmind offers from short tools that our colleagues can use when they haven't got a lot of time to some longer Series that help them to learn and grow. The variety that Unmind offers means that colleagues are able to find proactive solutions that work for them and the particular element of their life that they may want or feel they need to improve.

Personally, there isn't anything that I dislike about Unmind.

A plethora of resources available whenever and wherever for all our population.  The "in the moment" tools can restore clarity to a busy mind or a quick refresh via 4 minute energy boost exercise. For topics where you  want a deep dive, the Series section is perfect with achievable bite size daily bursts.  Whether you want to be better with money, learn how to deal with chronic pain, or stop procastinating - there are many new skills to be mastered.      
The app encourages positive feedback and gratiude with the quick, easy and effective "Send Praise" to your colleagues . Such a boost to our Oxytocin levels regardless of whether you receive or send geniune appreciation for others, kindness certainly is contagious.

The Unmind team provide a positive partnership and the implementation was fast tracked.

I would love to see enhanced visual and video content within the platform

I love that the product is evolving all the time so it's easy to promote. 
The range of resources is vast - I especially love how users are engaged in the mood tracker and praise function as well as the 'content'
I've enjoyed the care and communication from our Account Manager and the opportunity to network and be a part of the Unmind community 
I was relieved that it was quickly implemented. 
Their tech meant it was easy to sit alongside our other apps and resources.

Had one or two glitches on launch day (recovered well)
I would love more video content but that is just a personal preference

**Recommendations to others considering Unmind:**

Ask other users of the product about their experiences, understand that it's not going to float everyone's boat (wellbeing apps aren't everyone's cup of tea) but it works well alongside other company initiatives and easy to promote with national days (e.g. Pride and mental health awareness week)

**What problems is Unmind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instant access for our employees to explore a range of wellbeing resources, means that through the app we're offering support 'out of hours' meeting the needs of our employees
It's very individualised which is helpful - as the challenge has been that 'wellbeing' is different for everyone  
Data from the app helps us understand what users need help with with e.g. sleep. so we're able to offer targeted interventions
We're a global organisation and it was helpful that our US counterparts could also use the app - and as Unmind expands, they are also excited to have a rep in North America and bespoke content

Any organisation driven by people should consider Unmind as an employee mental health partner. Without its people an organisation is simply a building filled with useless furniture and equipment and without their mental health, people are unable to fulfil their roles – as employees, parents, partners, children, as human beings.

Unmind has helped me become a more engaged parent and partner, it's helped me over come sleep challenges, manage my stress better and refocus my energies when I am feeling like I'm being pulled in too many directions.
