It is a wonderful platform, easy to manage (via app or laptop), with a lot of effective tools not limited to mental health, not invasive, continuously updated, well appreciated by the employees and so really useful to engage people within the organization. The "Client Success Team" followed the implementation step by step supporting the launch in my Company and also the post-launch asking for feedback, areas of improvement etc. and providing insightful data to engage our people in the right way. Unfortunately, the platform is not available in all languages and it is a barrier to effective and constant use of the app. But Unmind is updating, offering its tools in additional languages (just started LatinAm Spanish and then likely German and Italian) and that's helpful!
