What makes her genuinely useful is that she screen-shares and demonstrates rather than describing, and she flags the constraints before you hit them. She warned me that stock-on-hand can only be imported once, and that the import adds to existing quantities rather than replacing them that saved me from an irreversible mistake in a live system. She also gave me a straight answer where a softer one was available. When I explained we're sharing generic logins because we only have three licenses, she agreed it works but told me plainly that it collapses the audit trail so you can't tell who did what. That is the kind of honesty that builds trust in a vendor. We're implementing Unleashed in Papua New Guinea, where support time zones and connectivity aren't always in our favor.
