**What do you like best about Universum?**

The quality of the studies they provide and how generous they are sharing their knowledge. It's valuable information when you want to create an employer branding strategy.

**What do you dislike about Universum?**

At the moment I'm not able to think of something bad.

**What problems is Universum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to guess what young academics wants and wishes. The information is out there and available when needed.

**What do you like best about Universum?**

I am going through their online certification program currently. I like the curriculum, activities and supporting stats/info that is provided.

**What do you dislike about Universum?**

I don’t have negative feedback to include. I feel the program has been valuable and I am learning a lot.

**What problems is Universum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me personally, I am getting up to speed on Employer Brand. We have also worked with them to build out our EVP’s globally and that has been very beneficial to our talent aquisition and brand initiatives.
