Developed over the last six years the platform ingests data from multiple online and offline sources, undertakes customer identity resolution, provides dashboards and Power BI data visualisation, builds audiences for batch and trigger campaigns, provides customer and campaign performance metrics, undertakes AI based marketing mix attribution, and fulfills customers' GDPR requirements. Support is focussed on configuring the technology to clients' precise requirements, and providing data science services, combined with digital and and offline marketing advice.

What do you like best about UniFida?

I love the collaboration with the guys at Unifida. Debates and discussions about how to interpret the data and using the platform to understand our customers better. The platform is developed collaboratively, something I've been promised often but never actually experienced in practice. What do you dislike about UniFida?

There are no downsides in my experience. Like any platform it takes a while to learn but there is always someone on hand to help so it makes the process much easier than I've experienced before. What do you like best about UniFida?

Excellent customer support, which is something of great value to smaller businesses who may lack internal resources. Intuitive and attractive user interface. Extremely rich set of features for the price. It also offers a sophisticated attribution tool, which is something that much more expensive options struggle to do.
