Developed over the last six years the platform ingests data from multiple online and offline sources, undertakes customer identity resolution, provides dashboards and Power BI data visualisation, builds audiences for batch and trigger campaigns, provides customer and campaign performance metrics, undertakes AI based marketing mix attribution, and fulfills customers' GDPR requirements. Support is focussed on configuring the technology to clients' precise requirements, and providing data science services, combined with digital and and offline marketing advice. ## UniFida Reviews ### 1. They do what they say when they say that they're going to do it. Jo's insight is great and helps massively. **What do you dislike about UniFida?** Previous tool's UX a bit easier but we are addressing that with additional functionality. **What problems is UniFida solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer value calculations, making best use of 1st party data, marketing automation, database profiling and insight, publishing reporting. ### 2. Debates and discussions about how to interpret the data and using the platform to understand our customers better. The platform is developed collaboratively, something I've been promised often but never actually experienced in practice. The wealth of data and information as we as customisation options is exceptional and makes it a very powerful tool **What do you dislike about UniFida?** There are no downsides in my experience. Like any platform it takes a while to learn but there is always someone on hand to help so it makes the process much easier than I've experienced before. Normally you have to use a manual, trial and error or rely on internal people to share their knowledge and assist. **What problems is UniFida solving and how is that benefiting you?** Understanding our customers better, their behaviours and the commercial impact. We are also using Unifida to identify key points where we can intervene to improve the customer experience, reduce attrition and improve AOV and LTV. ### 3. Unifida meets all the needs of our business which uses both online and offline channels. It's affordable for smaller companies, like ours, and service and support excellent. **What do you dislike about UniFida?** Like all data analytics systems, it takes time to integrate and benchmark. **What problems is UniFida solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using online and offline channels, attribution has been an increasing challenge. The system provides the opportunity to explore alternative scenarios to measure attribution more accurately and, as a result, improve return on marketing investment. ### 4. Once it's been set up, you don't have to worry about how to bring new data in; it does it automatically. ### 5. Intuitive and attractive user interface. Extremely rich set of features for the price. It also offers a sophisticated attribution tool, which is something that much more expensive options struggle to do. **What do you dislike about UniFida?** No major downsides that I have encountered. I'm sure other platforms have other features, but Unifida offers all the essential ones. **What problems is UniFida solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing together all customer data into one place and making it easy to access, including hard-to-track data like customer browsing history.
