It makes our client's sign up process easy and less cumbersome. We have multiple documents that need to get completed at once. Their drag and drop functionality allows us to not only quick combine documents, but if we have one item, for example first and last name, that needs to be collected multiple times, we can collect it once, and have it populated however many times we need it. Additionally, we've used their calculation function to help with hardware orders for our clients, and conditional logic function to either hid or show more items depending upon the answers. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the set up process. **What do you dislike about Under.io?** A bit of a learning curve, especially if you are not familiar with the KYC/KYB process **What problems is Under.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Under.io, we had a multi step sign up process with a lot of back and forth. Now that we've implemented Under.io, clients can sign up with little to no human interaction. We've reduced the number of fields to be collected from 183 to 76! ### 3. Under makes is super easy to check the identity of the merchants we work with before we submit to underwriting and then with a simple click generate the correct application for us to submit. Really adaptable team that listens to us and our needs! **What do you dislike about Under.io?** There has been nothing that we dislike so far! **What problems is Under.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Under makes is easier for us to submit deals to underwriting for various payment processors and for gathering leads from our different landing pages. We found ourselves referring a significant number of ISOs we work with to Under do to their ability to onboard merchants at a fraction of the time it takes alternative solutions. In the insurance world, most people struggle with the forms becuase of unneeded questions. Under removes all of that. **What do you dislike about Under.io?** We don't like the fact that all of the insruance companies we work with (ovr 100) are not set up with them. They could streamline the insurance industry. **What problems is Under.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helps us get back the necessary forms in a quick manner. I appreciate that the Under team really understands our use cases and they regularly add new features to their roadmap as a result of listening ot my needs.My operations team finds the Under dashboard easy to use and manage. **What do you dislike about Under.io?** I would like more customization ability such as app branding of colors and fonts. I also need api integration to migrate all the application data to my db. Under heard my needs and is working on these requests, just takes dev time. **What problems is Under.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to streamline our credit card application and did not have the engineering resources to focus on that. Under filled that need quickly and easily. Partners love the ease of adding the iFrame to their marketplace.
