The layout is clean and easy to navigate, which means our team can get up and running with minimal training.

There are times when the platform experiences slight lag, especially during peak usage hours, which can be a bit frustrating.

**What do you like best about Uclic.co?**

I love that it feels so lightweight and is fairly easy to use, despite the lack of formal tutorials.

After clicking each of the tabs at the top of my dashboard, it quickly became clear how to use this tool.

And that's what's exciting - there seem to be a lot of "how do I use this?" types of questions on various forums - but it feels like those people never even tried to use it!

Try it. Really. It's NOT that hard to use!

**What do you dislike about Uclic.co?**

There are no tutorials. This can be off-putting to a newbie, but if you just click around, the software is actually pretty self-explanatory.

The steps are as follows:

- Either pick a template or create a new one yourself either from their selection of backgrounds or roll your own (Canva is your friend here)
- Edit the wording on the image and update the CTA - be sure to use variables so that the output is personalized to each individual recipient.
- Edit the CSS if you're brave enough to do that (I'm not!)
- Save the template (optional)
- Grab the the generated scripts/links and head over to your email or landing page to embed those as needed
- Trigger your automations and wait for the oohing and aahing you're about to hear.

**What problems is Uclic.co solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Uclic helps me send traffic to personalized landing pages!

It also helps my cold outreach emails (and other emails, too!) stand out in peoples' crowded Inbox.

If it grabs me 2 extra seconds of attention, it's more than justified the investment, and it's definitely done that repeatedly!
