**What do you like best about UbikLoadPack?**

1. Test all streams of audio/video
2. No additional scripting is required
3. Simulation to most devices and the popular protocols such as http, HTTPS, etc.
4. Load testing with max traffic inputs
5. Easy & Fast automation

**What do you dislike about UbikLoadPack?**

1. The setup requires a lot of maual intervention & sometimes a minor configuration mistake leads to improper functioning of the plugin.
2. Some specific streams consume a lot of system resources viz. MPEG-DASH and HSS.

**Recommendations to others considering UbikLoadPack:**

If you are looking for a solution to improve the system performance and identify the performance leakage, UbikLoadPack is the right product for you. The cool thing is that you can leverage your existing tool JMeter with a powerful plugin by UbikLoadPack. There may be some initial hurdles in infra setup, but once done, you'll get the best of it. All the best for your UbikLoadPack.

The primary objective is to bring the best online reputation of the application before go-live and ongoing performance improvement of applications. Also, to identify the loopholes in the system from a performance perspective.

**What do you like best about UbikLoadPack?**

Very easy to use. You can get started quickly, and moreover, the customer support is impressive. Whenever you have any blockers, the support team responds promptly and resolves them at the earliest.

**What do you dislike about UbikLoadPack?**

At times, I feel like having proper documentation would have been better.

**What problems is UbikLoadPack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly used it to monitor the performances of our server that provide video streaming services.
