**What do you like best about Tyco Cloud?**

The best part of this cloud service is no servers or equipment need to be on-prem.

**What do you dislike about Tyco Cloud?**

Since this is a fairly new platform there are still some areas that need to be reviewed and worked on to ensure a full seamless integration.

**Recommendations to others considering Tyco Cloud:**

Go into using this with an open mind. There will be some trials along the way, but if you stick with this integration, it will be well worth your time as there are many upsides.

**What problems is Tyco Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product has the potential to help data entry and card access from remote locations.

Ease of use and ability to share camera sources amongst several employees. 

**What do you dislike about Tyco Cloud?**

While the product was easy to use and our trial of the product went well, the software eventually ended up being too expensive for us to go with. 

**What problems is Tyco Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video surveillance of retail and production areas of a small business.
