I used Twinr to publish my first app to App store and Play store, using bubble.io for the website. Twinr is user friendly with all the options I needed - push notifications, local storage, review prompting, etc - and gives a polished result with custom loading screen, and color scheme. Control over link handling is also very useful. However the hidden value is also in the very helpful step by step instructions on publishing on the app stores, as this is a pretty overwhelming process if you don't know how.
