**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan W. | Director Media Public Relations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck is invaluable for organizing Twitter. I like being able to use created lists to segment my topics of interest and no platform displays it better than TweetDeck.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I wish that click on a user's profile on TweetDeck didn't take you off the platform and to the Twitter site. It shouldn't be hard to have a scrollable profile popout in the platform to keep everything on it.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone who is very organized, including using dozens of folders to archive my email inbox, I appreciate the ability to organize what I'm interested in on Twitter and segment it into organized columns on TweetDeck. The death of journalism is the unending scroll of real-time Twitter, which forces your brain to constantly want to keep up and see what Tweets are coming next. Being able to separate from that and pull out the Tweets you're most interested in from the users you're most interested in is invaluable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel A. | Coordinador Desarrollo Tecnológico e- Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

When you have a company, business or store, you know how important your image is in the market, how many people know about your work and if it is something that many like. And with this application you can share information about your company, have followers and the best thing is that you can measure the response and reaction of people to it.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I think all users of this page will say the same and it is the character restriction. Sometimes I have wanted to share certain information in my account, information about my products and I have had to divide it into two or three tweets and I know that this distracts the readers, so I could have lost customers. But leaving that aside, I think the app is very good, and it serves many purposes, I am very grateful.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

I think that something we have to take into account is when using that page is that we have to know how to summarize well the information that we are going to share, it is very important to put the most relevant information first and then the details so that the reader , the customer focuses their attention on these points and I promise you that it turns out, you will have more customers.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before I was a bit insecure about my products and about the opinion that people had about them, I did not know if my business had the reaction that I expected it to have from the public until I met TweetDeck. A friend taught me about this page and I thanked her very much. I started to publish my products, and many people expressed their satisfaction or sometimes their discontent, and that brought me more security, and even brought me more clients, so I know that this page is incredible and that it works.

  ### 28. Streamlining Tweet scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary N. | Freelance Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Tweetdeck is streamlined and easy to use. It makes my general workflow day to day a lot smoother.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It's challenging to switch between accounts. It's also not possible to schedule connected threads in advance, which would be tremendously helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

TweetDeck is a great tool for streamlining social media management and scheduling. Especially if you don't use a third party scheduling service, TweetDeck is a vital piece of the puzzle for managing your own or clients' accounts. Some additional features could be helpful to have, but in general, TweetDeck is likely to meet your needs in an easy-to-learn way. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to schedule tweets for myself and clients in advance without making posts for all the accounts I manage in the moment. It allows me to work in advance, scheduling for weeks at a time and not having to think about it again in-between. Because Tweetdeck is Twitter's innate scheduler, it also works better than any other third party service I have tried before.

  ### 29. A great online reputation management tool

**Reviewed by:** deniz y. | Business Intelligence Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Even better than Twitter. You can see everything on one screen. You can follow many query screens. You can control the instant flow thanks to Tweetdeck. Multiple accounts can be linked. You can also control notifications and messages of multiple accounts. The themes are fine. The Activty feature also provides a nice stream of tweets.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

For a good Tweetdeck query, you should learn the standard search operators.

I follow the complaints and claims about the brands that I manage the online reputation management process on Tweetdeck.

  ### 30. An absolute staple, but desperately needs a mobile version

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Well, for one, it's free. Some functionality is missing compared to tools like HootSuite, like built-in analytics, but that's overlookable given the price, especially for small businesses.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It's almost unforgivable that a platform dedicated to a mobile-first app — Twitter — doesn't itself have a mobile version. It looks like Twitter is trying to overhaul TweetDeck and turn it into a subscription platform. If that came with mobile support, it'd be worth it.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes things a bit easier and saves time rather than helping make money.

  ### 31. Greatest Twitter management tool ever created

the idea of having filters, tags and accounts you can follow sounds really helpful and handy. its been helpful to read through topics or hashtags of interests to see in a way what others have to say about whatever you're interested in

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

we were really hoping to use the tool in order to find conversations to be a part of or engage with. so far I have yet to find any super meaningful or relevant conversations. for how smart tools can be this day, it would be nice if you could filter out user types, ie users who are just employees or don't hold xyz type of job. if i am looking for specific information or conversations i would love to lessen the noise of those simply just ranting on the platform and they so happen to include words that I am searching for. it would be nice that with the monitoring feature you could require the words to be used consecutively rather than just anywhere in the message.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are attempting to solve the problem of finding a conversation to comment on. the tool feels like it is super powerful and has a lot of potential just haven't quite tapped into it yet maybe

  ### 45. TweetDeck Helps Find the Latest News Easily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheena R. | Copyeditor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck is extremely easy to use. Just click to add different news sources and Twitter pages to get the latest updates. It is easy for a person to guide their way through the news and quickly.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Like everything in life, there is a slight downside to using TweetDeck. At times TweetDeck will show retweets. This can be confusing and not always something a person wants to see. This is partially due to the fact that the sharer can add their own take on the situation before a person can see the facts. Other than that there is not much to complain about.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I frequently will consult TweetDeck when I am writing an article. This allows me to see what is trending on Twitter. Then I can easily access the situation and write about what people are searching for. TweetDeck is a way for me to write about current news people are interested in.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike. The only change I would like to see is if you schedule a tweet, you would be able to edit it before it goes live. Otherwise you can copy it, delete and then reschedule.

Scheduling has been the most significant benefit, and it also solved having to move to another platform to schedule.
