The user interface can get bogged down with too much information if the feeds aren't curated correctly, and are almost unreadable on a laptop-sized screen, making it a poor choice for mobile work.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitter natively only allows five concurrent logins, so an agency benefits from a solution that allows more. TweetDeck is that solution, saving me the headaches of logging in and out and dealing with 2FAs.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

The UX is not that appealing - it looks a little dated.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes it easy to follow conversations by hashtags when participating in twitter chats.

  ### 35. TweetDeck Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

It is easy to complete the Social media tasks on time by scheduling to avoid delays and helps in showing when a tweet is ready for publishing. Tracking of news is very easy on tweetdeck as we can create multiple columns for separate topics over it.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Previously we use to have an option to add GIFs but now it got removed, which could be quite useful previously. Sometimes faced login problems which can be solved by login in directly to the site. The shortcuts can be more organized to make it most use of it.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is used to monitor the different news going on trend and used for sending scheduled tweets which fasten the work by organizing the traffic over the website. The interface is quite easy to use. Used to monitor the organization mentions over Twitter.

  ### 36. Indispensable for tracking Twitter usage

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damon B. | STEAM Instructional Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck has highly configurable columns showing feeds, notifications, direct messages, hashtags, and other features of Twitter. The tweet composition and scheduling function is more user-friendly than the standard Twitter operations.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck is most effective when used on a browser, viewed on a big monitor or tablet. The configurable columns show lots of information, and the easier it is to view it all at once, the better a user's experience will be. Additionally, the columns need to be configured for a specific user's experience, as the large amount of information displayed can be overwhelming.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

There are other Twitter monitoring software offerings, but TweetDeck is free. Using it may give you an idea of what kind of additional features you might require for your specific Twitter experience.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If I were directing a social media account for a company, I would rely on TweetDeck to monitor Twitter feeds and trending hashtags, schedule future Tweets, and track direct messages. It's free, and interfaces seamlessly with Twitter without any bugs.

  ### 37. Good for a glance but lacks a few obvious features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | Musician/Promotions Manager, Music, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

It is easy to use, the general layout is good and it is also pretty easy to see at a glance the state of your tweetiverse. Easy access to multiple accounts too.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

You can't search for anything in Twitter without creating a whole new column which is just annoying. Also, some embedded media won't play but opens a browser tab instead, which kind of defeats the object of a stand-alone app. Would love to have a feature to compose tweet threads completely before publishing too, like on the web version of Twitter.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

It's a good free option though I haven't tried many others to compare.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an app that makes it easy to see, respond and manage all tweets for various accounts without logging in and out of them. Also, the browser version is a bit lacking.

  ### 38. we can use multiple accounts in single window

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramesh S. | Advocate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck enabled me to access multiple tweeter accounts from a single window which also enables real-time tracking and organizing as a tool and further helps us in reaching our connections or audience and get best on tweeter platform.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

As per my personal views, it is quite facilitative and connecting app which helping a person or entity to access and be in reach of people who may be customers/user or audience and for such a platform, we cannot have dislikes.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using single platform for multiple accounts is the first and foremost solution i am realising and further, it enables the owner to manage and secure his own account by using the security and process provided by TweetDeck.

  ### 39. Easy to use and schedule posts. The perfect Twitter aide.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene F. | Motorola Solutions, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I like the fact that I can do everything right from this platform. I can read other people's tweets, post my tweets and schedule tweets to go out on certain dates and times. It has helped me concentrate on other issues and my postings have not fallen to the wayside. It has kept me relevant on my Twitter account.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

There is nothing I dislike about TweetDeck. It is a very simple and user-friendly platform. I have used others but this one is the easiest to use by far. This is great. I really have not found any issues with this program at all and if I do I will then post about it.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Get it. Don't think twice. Especially if you are a filmmaker or producer. This platform has helped me to set up release notifications via Twitter by scheduling them to match the debut. It has helped me tremendously since I don't have to try to remember when to post or not post. I just go on to TweetDeck and schedule the dates. TweetDeck then goes and takes care of the entire thing for me. I recommend this platform to any and all those who are part of the entertainment business.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to schedule my tweets to match certain debuts, upcoming news, and other items that are relevant to the upcoming date. For a busy person like me, this is a great aid. I have been able to concentrate on other business matters and not stress on whether I remembered to release the news about another episode, casting call, or the pre-production news to get the fans excited about our upcoming projects. TweetDeck has been able to give me more freedom and peace of mind. A real aide to any and all filmmakers, producers, or others in the entertainment business.

  ### 40. Great Tool to Schedule Tweets

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

A time-saving tool that allows to schedule the tweets. It is very easy to use and can handle multiple accounts at the same time.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Editing the scheduled tweets needs to be deleted and needs to create and schedule again. This tool lacks the feature of editing the scheduled tweets.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great tool at the agency or project level where we need to schedule the tweets which is very time saving

  ### 41. It is powerful tools for organizing, engagement ,free of costt

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

It is very useful those all peoples who wants to keep mutiple tweeter accounts.if you are the right to manage the all accounts in right way (person; business, professional) in same deck.

  ### 42. Twitter Made A Major Comeback!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jabria K. | Realtor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Twitter sets itself apart from Instagram and Facebook. It is a platform where people can speak their minds, tell their feelings about something, teach people about products, etc. I love the new feature of allowing you to schedule posts too! I plan out my social media post on Sundays for the week, and then it automatically posts on the dates I selected.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

One thing I don't like about Twitter is that you cant sync posts to other social media platforms easily. I often have to screenshot if I want to share on my Instagram or Facebook stories something I wrote on Twitter.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twitter allows me to teach people about my business. It helps branding become easier because you get more retweets than you would on other platforms. More potential clients will engage in the post more frequently also. On the home page, you can also keep up with the trending topics so that your brand can stay relevant. I barely even watch the news because I can see it on Twitter first.

  ### 43. Works well for regular users

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Maria L. | Digital Marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

The greatest tool for scheduling tweets is TweetDeck, which is significantly superior to the website itself. The method is astonishingly simple, and it takes no more than 10 minutes to schedule a day's worth of tweets.
TweetDeck makes it simple to keep track of news by allowing you to create many columns, each focusing on a particular topic. TweetDeck is an excellent medium for news editors because columns can be formed using handles, searches, hashtags, and trends.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Keyboard shortcuts can be aggravating at times, as pressing the wrong key can initiate a direct message. Using an account with millions of followers can result in messages being sent improperly.
Log-in issues do arise from time to time, but they are usually resolved simply checking back in through Twitter.com.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a business that necessitates the collection of news and the sharing of one's own material, TweetDeck is quite handy. We utilize it on a daily basis to stay on top of breaking news and significant trends in order to better inform the material we create.

  ### 44. The pros and cons of tweetdeck

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel O. | Marketing personnel, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

As a user of tweetdeck app, I can boast of numerous advantages I have enjoyed from using this app. It has enabled me deal with numerous Twitter accounts,I also have the ability to plan Tweets for posting later on, form Tweet assortments, and then some.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Although I like using tweetdeck app and have recommended it to other users, one thing I don’t like about the app is that it does allow a user write longer tweets.
Apart from that I don’t have anything objections against it

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

I’ll encourage and entreat others who wants to enjoy better and quality services with their social media accounts to try tweetdeck and thank me later

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

using tweetdeck has helped me numerously in many ways. I can now make posts to many social media accounts with ease, and I can also schedule tweets also which has made communication between me and other working colleagues effective

  ### 45. TweetDeck: Useful Until It's Not

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney M. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck is great when you have multiple accounts to manage, and it's convenient to have that all at one access point rather than logging in and out of each individual account.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It's often slow, and I've had tweets fail to send or post properly or on time. Twitter has made it even more difficult since enforcing their two-factor authentication; the previous employee who managed our Twitter accounts had their personal email/phone number as the source to send TFA codes to in order to sign in, and Twitter dubs the account suspicious when I try to change the TFA address to one used by an actual, current employee. When this happens, TweetDeck is rendered useless and inaccessible because users are then locked out because of "suspicious activity."

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TweetDeck is mainly utilized when the company has more than one Twitter account to post on. Due to the aforementioned TFA problems, though, it's been largely ineffective and inaccessible. At this point, I am considering simply consolidating our different business Twitter accounts onto one main one in order to keep from getting locked out every time I try to get into the others. This is more of a Twitter problem than a TweetDeck one, but still aggravating to deal with all the same.

  ### 46. TweetDeck is a program that lets you manage multiple Twitter accounts on one dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Humberto R. | Bloguero, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

You monitor your accounts as people post messages and comments. This tool makes it easier for you to watch and respond to multiple accounts simultaneously, which is handy for people who spend a good portion of their “day” monitoring social media accounts. It also is convenient for watching trends and the flow of messages. There are other similar programs besides TweetDeck. Tweetdeck is a Twitter management tool. It started as a stand-alone app a few years ago, but it was acquired by Twitter a few years ago and not only exists as a web-based service at tweetdeck.twitter.com. It’s handy for planning your content (as you can schedule tweets) and maintaining various accounts (e.g., follow users, like, retweet, etc.)

It’s also great for monitoring hashtags, users, or Twitter lists, as you can view each in a separate column. In addition, you can make use of Twitter’s advanced search. This way, for example, you can tell Tweetdeck to only show tweets for a hashtag that have already received a certain amount of retweets or come from a specific region/location.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Facebook integration no longer exists. Not sure whether old apps still work; they might, but they’re not being developed further by Twitter. It’s just a web-based platform for now. It’s similar to Hootsuite in design and functionality, but only for Twitter and free to use with as many accounts as you like.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tweetdeck is an application to manage multiple accounts on one platform. From a single Tweetdeck username and password, you may have access to multiple Twitter accounts. You will need Tweetdeck if you are a social media enthusiast or a social network officer, like me.

On Tweetdeck, you can see your timeline, mention, messages, search, and more personalized tabs of an account from one screen, no need to click this to view messages and click that to view notifications as regular Twitter does.

Tweetdeck also enables you to schedule your tweet.

  ### 47. The best client for Twitter!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alaa A. | Chief Marketing Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck is extremely customizable and way better than the standard Twitter web app, I can switch the columns or remove some columns that I don't need and it's super easy to use once you get the hang of it!

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

TweetDeck is the best in my opinion and there's nothing that I dislike about it.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it everyday to manage my business twitter accounts because it gives me in depth analytics about the tweets performance which allows me to have a better undersating about the type of tweets that my audience is engaging with the most!

  ### 48. Great for staying up to date with tweets, private messages, and trending

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Winter G. | Marketing Influencer Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

This software makes it super convenient to stay up to date with everything on Twitter. A lot of my job is staying up to date with the latest news especially on Twitter, so this software allows me to stay up to date without having to constantly click on different things.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

One problem when using the Chrome extension is you can't schedule tweets, so you have to download the software if you want to do this.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TweetDeck helps me keep track of my private messages and what's trending/popular at the moment. It also helps me schedule tweets so I don't have to manually click post every time I want to tweet. In the past I would miss messages from not seeing the notification then forgetting to check them regularly.

  ### 49. Great for viewing multiple accounts at once

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy F. | Director of Strategic Content, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2019

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love the interface and the view that Tweetdeck provides. I use it to manage 3 accounts at once, and its customization allows me to see what is relevant to each account. I love the ability to schedule tweets and add photos and video to them. Great tool.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It would be great if you could include gifs from TweetDeck the way you are from Twitter's mobile platform. For a brief moment this was included in the platform, but it's since vanished.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Careful that you have the right account selected when you have both personal and business accounts in the same deck. Try to avoid being another person who accidentally tweets something personal from a professional account!

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm managing multiple accounts, both business and professional, from a single interface. It is improving efficiency and is allowing for greater collaboration.

  ### 50. Tweetdeck Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Political Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2018

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Tweetdeck is great for those who manage a professional Twitter account or for those looking to organize their Twitter feed so it's easier to digest. You can create lists or searches and view them all on one screen rather than having to scroll and search in the app. Lists are probably my favorite feature of Tweetdeck because you have the ability to search within a list for a specific criteria.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Tweetdeck is only compatible for Twitter and not other social media platforms, unlike it's competitors. The other issue I have with it with scheduling posts in advance - there is no Twitter preview format like there is within other platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

If you manage a Twitter account for work purposes, definitely get it otherwise you'll create more work from theselves.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For those who manage a professional Twitter account, Tweetdeck is great for sifting through relevant content. I create search lists of relevant topics and it's super helpful to have the all available on the dashboard.
