Easy desktop integration. Virtually zero issues with sending or receiving tweets. Makes things extraordinarily easy to organize, plan, and see what is being tweeted about our club.

Need to add "Better Tweetdeck" to add GIF integration. Unfortunately, it's not already added into Tweetdeck, despite our increasing reliance on GIFs and emojis to communicate on social media.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naomi S. | CCo, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2019

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

First of all, I love TweetDeck’s search feature. I can easily search for trends by using word or phrase. There is no problem if you wish to join the discussion about trends or some specific topics. You can choose to get notifications on your desktop when someone messages you or mentions you in Tweet. I can easily and quickly respond to tweets and followers.TweetDeck is extremely easy to use app, it allows me to add multiple accounts so I can keep things organized. I am able to combine all notifications and mentions from each account into one column. There is even an option for scheduling tweets so I don’t have to keep the app open. I love that the team behind this app always updates the app with latest trends.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

To be honest, I cannot really find out what to dislike, because it does everything. It allows me to manage multiple accounts and to organize everything and keep everything in one place. It’s easy to use and it has clear UI.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Before using this app, I had problem with managing so much accounts and scheduling more than 100 posts a day. Thankfully, I have found Tweet deck, a perfect tool that helps me to manage my accounts, schedule posts, upload images and keep track of every interaction and activity on Twitter.

  ### 10. Best way to stay organized with Twitter

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2019

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Before I used TweetDeck I just could not keep track of my Twitter feed. My feed was one long thread of disparate tweets based on my diverse interests (e.g. medical writing and poetry and global health). TweetDeck helped me organize my feed by interest, separate out news, and focus only on what was important right then. I stopped using Twitter to distract myself and started using it to promote my business and network.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

You do need to devote setup time. TweetDeck is only as helpful as you make it. It takes substantial memory, so it won't work well on an older machine. You also can't save columns -- if you close a column, that feed is lost.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

It's risk-free. Personalize and use it!

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After I started using TweetDeck, I stopped avoiding Twitter out of frustration with its interface. I started using Twitter to actively network with "stakeholders" and gained the types of followers I wanted. This helped me establish and maintain a business presence. I actually shut down my business Facebook page, which saved time. I also stopped being distracted by Twitter trolls, etc.

  ### 11. Awesome tool for social media marketing

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

It is easy to understand and use. It also gives users the possibility to set timing for tweets.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

A little way too many features. Sometimes it does feel congested for a user.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Although it is a very good tool, sometimes it gets congested when using it. The sound notifications and feature makes it easier to keep up with communicating with clients and customers.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made me and the team understand our client needs through social media and also boost our engagement rate.

  ### 12. Good

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2019

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Sometimes the app is glitchy and I wish I could be more interactive with followers.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tweetdeck has allowed me to handle multiple twitter accounts very easily and allows me to see all tabs of twitter smoothly.

  ### 13. Well organized display

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I use Tweet deck daily to monitor Social Media mentions. It is extremely well laid out and easy to use. I highly recommend it to others

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

No complaints here really. Would be nice if it were easier to open or copy the direct link to the tweet. I usually have to go through the date stamp, open a new window then copy form there

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great to monitor social media mentions and followers across hundreds of accounts in an easy to use feed

  ### 14. Review for TweetDeck

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

You can use multiple Twitter accounts and talking to multiple people at the same time.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

The dashboards look a little chaotic, unlike Twitter itself.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

It's free, so you should try it out! You might like it more than you think.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using multiple Twitter accounts at the same time.

  ### 15. Good Starter Tool For Twitter

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David W. | Content Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2018

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Being a digital marketer, it's great to be able to schedule tweets from multiple clients in less than a minute. I manage various social accounts for political leaders, and in the past, I have scheduled tweets from TweetDeck. It's great not having to login into accounts each time I want to post something. Now I use Sprout Social because I frequently post the same post text on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and using TweetDeck has become inefficient.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I don't like how I can change the scheduling time and date of an existing post. I don't believe I utilized the full power of TweetDeck, but my current page (specifically the columns) is very cluttered, but then again, I think Twitter, in general, is very cluttered and hard to follow. I wish I could also download reports/analytics for all the accounts I have connected. Unfortunately, to get those reports, I would have to log in to every account. Having Sprout Social has fixed that issue. All the reports are centrally located and prepared for me.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

It's free, but if you end up posting on the big three - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, consider Sprout Social instead.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to manage multiples political clients from one login during a very competitive and fast-paced election cycle in 2016, but not in 2018, we have centralized all social listening and scheduling. It made sense for our company before we found a tool that did what TweetDeck does and scheduling for Facebook and Instagram.

  ### 16. I've used Tweetdeck for years and I love it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love that you can manage multiple accounts, see lists and feeds right next to each other, and manage lots of tasks at once. It's clean and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I would like to be able to use it for other social platforms as well.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple accounts, following hashtags, keeping up with notifications and needs for responses.

  ### 17. One Account, Free and EASY!!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea H. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2018

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love that it's connected to your Twitter account regardless. You don't have to sign up for anything extra, you don't have to pay anything, and it's all online through Twitter (or well, tweetdeck.twitter.com...). Very simple and very easily used, especially if you find yourself incapable of keeping track of all your various accounts and passwords

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Sometimes it can be a little confusing to scroll through someone's feed (if you're looking for to retweet or something). It also doesn't remove notifications from your phone or wherever else you look at Twitter just because you've seen the notifications on Tweetdeck.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling tweets at the beginning of the week is incredibly helpful. That way I'm spending less time DAILY trying to plan things at the right time, etc. It's easier to spend a chunk of time at the beginning of the week to plan everything out and then not have to worry about when things are posting!

I think my favorite part about TweetDeck is that it gives you the ability to feel so organized when it comes to Twitter accounts. I love the ability that I have the ability to move easily throughout the program and manage my accounts in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

I don't like how there are no options to make your own columns. I feel like it gives you limited ability when it comes to the exact way you want to organize things.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

I think it's great if you're looking for a product that can give you the ability to concentrate on one social media platform instead of multiple ones at once.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I love the organization of TweetDeck! Twitter on its own can be so overwhelming, especially as you start to grow your PLN. Tweetdeck makes finding relevant tweets from trusted and known PLN members so much easier. I love that I can set up lists of people to follow as well as search by hashtags!

I wish I could collapse lists to make the view easier when I have multiple searches going at once. Overall though, I really like TweetDeck and find it user friendly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2017

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

Tweetdeck is an invaluable tool. I tweet between 8 and 12 times a day, which can be a hassle when it comes to timing. Tweedeck lets me schedule the tweets the day/week before. Day away from the computer? No problem. Vacation? Ditto. The other thing that's great is that you can schedule tweets for all of your accounts at the same time. Love the different screens, so you can track your tweets, mentions, messages, an activities on the same page.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

The interface is a little wiggy, because there's so much going on and so much to see. But once you get the hang of things (10 minutes or less) it's easy to get used to.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

Just try it. Very easy to use! Give in 10 minutes and you'll be hooked.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Last year, I was social media director for a conference, which meant I opened a Twitter account for that conference. So I was tweeting from that account and then also tweeting or retweeting from my personal account. After I while, there was too much gong on. It made me crazy -- until I found TweetDeck. Saved my sanity. So if you've got multiple accounts, it's a MUST.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It's twitter exclusive! It can only integrate with the social media network Twitter. It did have Facebook, MySpace, and LinkedIn support at one point, it dropped them in updates during the years following Twitter’s acquisition of the company.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps you stay organized and look professional.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2019

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

I liked how easy it was for Twitter to share tweets and use this platform as a single service to tweet and look to share different websites straight to the twitter feed.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

Sometimes it lags, and is harder to tweet on because it hasn't been updated from when I last used it. I'm sure it has been adjusted to fit the 2019 platform, but it wasn't that efficient.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was easy to see tweets, can share new things.

  ### 49. TweetDeck, your Twitter accounts on a single screen.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucía F. | Community Manger y Marketing Interno, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2018

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

The best thing about this application is that you can manage multiple Twitter accounts from a single screen. If your company has more than one Twitter account (in various languages) plus your personal company account, you can monitor all of them from a single screen, and that is its best feature. TweetDeck is an application where you can optimize the dissemination of your content. By having multiple accounts, TweetDeck gives you the possibility to segment your audience or clients and publish on each account what most interests your followers. Scheduling tweets to be published at the time and day you want is a function that TweetDeck has, and it saves you a lot of time, as you can "forget" about Twitter at times during your workday and when you are not in the office.

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

It is a fairly simple application, which at first may seem appealing, but its functions are limited since, for example, there is no team management or mass scheduled posts. The technical support is weak and leaves much to be desired as there is no chat/email to resolve your queries, only a "frequently asked questions" section.

**Recommendations to others considering TweetDeck:**

If your company has more than one Twitter account and you want to keep them all updated, I recommend using this tool.

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This "control panel" allows you to save a lot of time when managing the social network Twitter, and thanks to it, you can keep all the company's accounts updated.

  ### 50. WORKS WELL FOR HAVING MULTIPLE AGENCIES YOU FOLLOW

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about TweetDeck?**

THAT IT ALLOWS ME TO SEE MORE THAN ONE TWITTER FEED AT A TIME

**What do you dislike about TweetDeck?**

THAT I CANNOT HAVE MORE ROWS, I CANNOT FIND A WAY TO MAKE THE ROWS SMALLER TO FIT MORE INTO THE FIRST SCREEN

**What problems is TweetDeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to see real time instead of odd posts not relevant to the day or time
