Reliability and versatility. TVT has easily become a mainstay in our business. We have integrated it into many of our day-to-day functions and rely on it to ensure integrity of our documents, and efficiency in our working process. TVT allows us to easily compare documents and artwork to meet quality and regulatory requirements. The customer support is wonderful for answering questions and explaining functionality. The downsides are more to do with my organization: the cost of each license can be prohibitive, and installation of the desktop version was a hassle because my organization would not allow me to install TVT myself (had to have IT remotely install and run as administrator).
