Very few false-positives. Comparison results are easy to navigate and accept/reject en masse, as well as filter in various useful ways. Image overlay feature makes spotting even minor differences a breeze. Varying levels of style comparison allow user to choose whichever setting suits the review at hand. Similarly ability to disable certain types of difference warnings (such as going from non-breaking hyphen to standard hyphen) is a time saver when reviewing differences. **What do you dislike about TVT?** Table mapping can be time-consuming when layout differs between docs being compared. Sometimes the symbol used to indicate location of change obscures the text. **What problems is TVT solving and how is that benefiting you?** Comparison of documents across file types (for example, docx to xml) and identifying changes in content without distracting false positives about changes in style/format. The customer support is wonderful for answering questions and explaining functionality. TVT is easy to implement and plenty of documentation is provided for validation and installation activities. Our organization uses TVT nearly every day, and the reports generated are easily integrated into our review and approval workflows. **What do you dislike about TVT?** TVT has many modules and features that can make learning all of them overwhelming for new users, but the online training modules provided are excellent for overcoming this. **What problems is TVT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have documents with large amounts of text content and images (IFUs, User Manuals, Guides, etc). Manual, visual reviews of this content during/after the revision/creation process would be time consuming and error prone. TVT allows us to rapidly compare and review content to uncover errors, unintended changes, and required changes that have not been implemented. TVT also allows us to compare provided translations with content in our documents to ensure that the content was brought into our documents correctly. ### 4. Our regulatory and quality assurance departments use TVT every day for comparing and analyzing a wide range of documents (e.g., labels and cartons) in many languages. It is exceptionally accurate and very intuitive to use. TVT has proved to be a crucial asset in our regulatory and quality arsenal. **What do you dislike about TVT?** The only downside of this type of software is the limited ability to analyze non-live text in images that are different.
