TurfDog Reviews & Product Details

TurfDog is golf course maintenance software built by a superintendent for superintendents. It replaces the whiteboard, the group text, the spray binder and the pin sheet spreadsheet with one system the crew, the super and the club office all use. The free Crew plan puts a live job board on the maintenance-shop TV and on every crew member's phone, with drag-and-drop daily assignments, shifts, staff and equipment lists, inventory, budget tracking, an applications log, and daily hole locations with a printable pin sheet. The Superintendent plan adds two-way texting with the crew, photos on everything, spray and fertilizer application records with growing degree days, automatic label and SDS finding with a public SDS page for the course, EPA PULA bulletin alerts, a residual-protection clock, integrations with SpecConnect, Spiio, POGO, Perry Weather and Strackaline, 14-day hole-location planning with slope maps, and Bingo research and image analysis. The Club plan is for private clubs and multi-course operators: AI invoice processing by email (invoices are budget-coded, watermarked and routed for approval), statement reconciliation, budget predictions and executive summaries, disease forecasting, 30-day hole locations with a golfer pin-sheet app, multi-course operations for 36- and 54-hole facilities, an executive view across every course, unlimited Bingo Credits, and a branded login page with the club's own web address. Bingo, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions from the course's own data, identifies diseases, insects and weeds from photos, finds product labels and safety data sheets, builds the day's board, and processes invoices. Every new course starts on a 10-day Club trial with everything turned on, and an Orientation call sets up the course and customizes the site.
