What do you like best about TurboTenant?

I like that Turbo Tenant is pretty user-friendly and easy to navigate and learn making being a landlord much easier and helps keep me organized. Whenever I did have questions on how to do something, the chat support was always quick to direct me to the right place for what I was needing or looking for. What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

"Efficient Rental Management, but with limited pricing options"

What do you like best about TurboTenant?

Turbotenant is nice for managing multiple rentals in a way that requires less work. It automates many tasks that would normally require energy and effort on our part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

I dislike the paid options. There is a premium option that has a price tag that may be justified if you use all the features it provides such as screening, leases, and other documents etc.. "TurboTenant Makes Rental Management Easy for Beginners"

What do you like best about TurboTenant?

Turbo tenant has a really functional dashboard that allows me to readily see where everything is at with my rentals. It simplifies things for me as a beginning landlord and helps me stay in compliance with requirements that will be really administratively burdensome on my own. What do you dislike about TurboTenant?

The only thing that has been tricky is sometimes when I open the app it asks me to update it, so I have to close the app and reopen it. So that's a little bug, but a very minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TurboTenant?

Regarding editing a tenant’s phone number, once a renter has logged into their account, landlords can’t change their contact information for security reasons. However, renters can update their own phone number anytime by logging into their renter portal and following the steps outlined in the help article linked below!
