Tur.ai is a complete easy-to-use AI automation platform that works to unlock enterprise workflows. Remote efficiency and usability are off the charts—Tur.ai is a no-code interface and it allows automation workflows to be designed and deployed without any programming knowledge, simply empowering even the least technical to build automation. Likewise, the implementation process is a breeze as it allows companies to onboard and go live in weeks, not months, has fast ROI, and very few onboarding impediments.
The customer support is timely, credible, and proactive—assisting the user whether it is the setup, integrations, or tuning up the automations. I also like how the frequency of use encourages using the platform as it is built to provide automation on daily operational tasks, and scales well from documentation to data entry with any number of departments whether it be support, sales, operations, etc. it is working seamlessly together, and flows as part of a larger workflow.
In addition to the features and usability, Tur.ai has a ton of features to offer, among the process mining, automatic BPMN, AI Feedback loops, Intelligent workflow orchestration, and other features—it is not just a lot of features, they are all designed with thought. The integration and automation aspect are another benefit—Tur.ai integrates with CRMs, ERPs, and existing support systems to facilitate automation without having to replace any existing infrastructure.

My main concern about Tur.ai is the limited public access to technical documentation and hands-on demos and tutorials that make it hard for developers and potential enterprise clients to assess the totality of the platform capabilities prior to onboarding. Furthermore, as a newer delivery, the community support, third party integration support, and scalability benchmarks may not yet be fully matured like other larger RPA solutions, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
