Tumbl runs a children's gym in one place: class scheduling and online enrollment, monthly autopay billing with published processing rates, free trials and referrals, birthday party booking with deposits, parent messaging by text and email, a parent portal with one login per family and one bill, a staff time clock that builds the pay period on its own, waivers, camps and events, and reporting. What makes it different is what happens after you go home. Every night Tumbl's overnight manager reads the whole gym, the enrollment funnel, the billing run, failed payments and families going quiet, and hands you a short morning brief with a queue of ready-to-send parent notes waiting for your approval. Retention Radar flags the families drifting away before they cancel, with the reason and a win-back note already drafted. Money never moves without you, texts never send themselves, and every judgment is logged. Pricing is by active students only, so a family that leaves in May is off your bill in June with nothing to archive. Every feature is in every plan. The branded parent portal, two-way texting and a built and hosted website are included, not add-ons. Two locations are covered on the larger plans.
