In my experience, the Reporting features fail work properly, Changing the customer name loses the entire order. the search function is horrendous. Customer support is sporadic. Fixing the bugs is not a priority, rather nonexistent, which why I keep writing these reviews. **What problems is Tudodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** They offer a product, and while I expected to bend to fit within the platform, when the platform fails to perform, I am simply out of luck ### 2. The ability to change the workflows and content is so helpful. It's a great price for smaller business models. **What do you dislike about Tudodesk?** Just wasn't able to compete in a large business with more well known CRMs, couldn't meet on price for such a large company and the training was too complex at the beginning for the company to want to change. **What problems is Tudodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to track leads, estimates, and jobs easier ### 3. Calling and engaging our customers has never been easy until we discovered reliable services from Tudodesk. We have attracted more customers with quick services and faster responses to their requests. **What do you dislike about Tudodesk?** Their services have been great throughout. The free trial plan enabled us to trust more and make informed buying decision. There is no any raised concern of poor performance. **What problems is Tudodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tudodesk has automated most customer service tasks reducing most errors from human input. The team is dedicated and responsive to meet our requirements when contacted. The cost is flexible and affordable to most SMEs. ### 4. I am a systems analyst, and I am VERY good at my job. I looked at dozens of repair management systems, and NOTHING ( maybe Fixably but not even them) comes close. If you want a system that does what you want and how you want it, paired with simply top-notch service, look no further. Martin and his team are wonderful to work with and deliver an excellent platform. They are the definition of strategic partners. **What do you dislike about Tudodesk?** So far, nothing. The process and consideration they have demonstrated is exemplary.
