All of the little issues that arise. In my experience, the Reporting features fail work properly, Changing the customer name loses the entire order. the search function is horrendous. Not to be hyperbolic, but everything. I am a systems analyst, and I am VERY good at my job. I looked at dozens of repair management systems, and NOTHING ( maybe Fixably but not even them) comes close. If you want a system that does what you want and how you want it, paired with simply top-notch service, look no further.
