We use Producer to create comprehensive WBTs that allow us to teach our users the usage of a statistical tool. The functionality that the user must click through the individual steps should increase their attention compared to a "normal" video. Also, the option to have sound effects is quite helpful. I like the combination of the user experience interface and the intelligent structures with tagging in the TTS Performance Suite. I am particularly impressed by the storage structure and AI support, including automatic translations. These features are especially helpful in our global rollout and setting, as we create documentation in English and can offer it more easily to different locations thanks to automatic translations. I appreciate that all training materials for the SAP ERP system are centrally stored in one place, allowing for reusability. I like that I don't have to conduct additional training sessions but can provide users with on-screen help where they can click in the transaction. The backend initially seems rather confusing, and truly intuitive creation is hardly possible due to the necessary metadata. After the update, company-specific context recognitions as well as some creator templates and similar elements are missing. This does not exactly lead to good acceptance, especially among new users.
