Truffle is an AI screening platform for small teams doing high-volume hiring: recruiters carrying a heavy req load on their own, small staffing and recruiting agencies screening for clients, and the owners, founders, and GMs who run hiring themselves without a recruiter. It is built for roles that draw hundreds of applicants and give you almost nothing reliable to go on. You set what each role is screened on: resume criteria, one-way interview questions, a talent assessment, or any combination. Truffle reads every applicant against what you set, ranks them, and shows the evidence behind each ranking through match scores with the reasoning, AI summaries, and 30-second Candidate Shorts. You review a candidate in seconds instead of scheduling a 15-minute call. Applications reach Truffle two ways. Each role gets a forwarding address you paste into a job board like Indeed, so applications and resumes flow in and get screened automatically, or Truffle runs alongside the ATS you already have.
