Also, since there was a period that I was only using it occasionally, I would need some tech help to figure out why something looked weird to me & they are really quick to reply & help solve a problem, even if the problem was just I had forgotten how a particular thing worked. I works seamlessly with QBO too so I that has been super helpful. **What do you dislike about TrueRev?** I cannot use the beta automatic JE feature due to instructions from our CPA firm. The tech support people are VERY responsive & helpful when we have had issues like this in the past and have scheduled meetings to go over why something didn't work for us & then resolved the issue so I know if I tell them about it they'll solve it. I just haven't mentioned it bc I'm swamped rn. **What problems is TrueRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does everything we need it to do for much less than some of the other SaaS Rev Rec options out there. I've implemented many rev rec/saas subscription management solutions in the past, and TrueRev is by far the easiest to deploy and use. If you are a QBO user that needs a bolt-on module for managing your subscription contracts, billings, rev rec/deferred revenue schedules, and ARR, then look no further than TrueRev. The other solutions in the market will try to convince you that they are more robust, however, I've found that many of their reporting features, especially around SaaS metrics, are unreliable and therefore just feature fillers. TrueRev is a complete solution for managing B2B SaaS revenue and it does so at price point that is hard to believe. **What do you dislike about TrueRev?** Currently, TrueRev does not support Xero and has some minor limitations on complex multi-currency arrangements. **What problems is TrueRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing SaaS contracts, billings, revenue recognition and deferred revenue schedules, and SaaS metrics. ### 4. Very easy to use and implement (took me just a few hours to set up) 2. Integration with QB 3. Great/flexible reporting on ARR/revenue/bookings/deferred and unbilled 4. Price is way more in line with my expectations vs. others in the space that have outrageous pricing, especially for companies with low volume, high price contracts. 5. Seems to be innovating to bring new features to the platform on a regular basis. 6. Customer support was great and they get back to you quickly with questions. **What do you dislike about TrueRev?** 1. Not much 2. Would be nice to have a AR dunning tool 3. Ability to have multiple custom fields on the contracts/invoices **What problems is TrueRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Trash the Excel tracker! 2. Easy to track customer contracts (what has been billed, to be billed, revenue recognized, etc) 3. No more missed invoices for future years of a license 4. They have really focused on being the right tool for a small to medium sized SaaS company, and it shows in the product. **What do you dislike about TrueRev?** Nothing significant. TrueRev has been responsive to our feature requests and has addressed any issues we've had. **What problems is TrueRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** TrueRev helps us manage the revenue recognition and renewal/invoicing for our B2B SaaS business. ### 7. I would say automatic journal entries is the key thing that is missing, but I know it's in beta and will be rolled out in 2024. **What problems is TrueRev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizination of multi-year contracts that vary slightly across our customer base. TrueRev also makes reporting to our investors easier. ### 8.
