There is a lot to like about the product:

- It simplifies the revenue and deferred revenue recording in the G/L

- the product is intuitive and easy to use

- the True Rev team is always adding new features and functionality

- great customer service - always willing to jump on a call to work through an issue

I have used other much more expensive rev rec software & this one is far simpler to use. Also, since there was a period that I was only using it occasionally, I would need some tech help to figure out why something looked weird to me & they are really quick to reply & help solve a problem, even if the problem was just I had forgotten how a particular thing worked. I cannot use the beta automatic JE feature due to instructions from our CPA firm. The tech support people are VERY responsive & helpful when we have had issues like this in the past and have scheduled meetings to go over why something didn't work for us & then resolved the issue so I know if I tell them about it they'll solve it. TrueRev is a very intuititive and cost effective platform that gets the job done for B2B SaaS companies that are still on QuickBooks.

I've implemented many rev rec/saas subscription management solutions in the past, and TrueRev is by far the easiest to deploy and use. If you are a QBO user that needs a bolt-on module for managing your subscription contracts, billings, rev rec/deferred revenue schedules, and ARR, then look no further than TrueRev.

The other solutions in the market will try to convince you that they are more robust, however, I've found that many of their reporting features, especially around SaaS metrics, are unreliable and therefore just feature fillers.

TrueRev is a complete solution for managing B2B SaaS revenue and it does so at price point that is hard to believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrueRev provides us with just the right amount of funcationality to manage our revenue and invoicing processes so that it's both powerful and easy to use.
