There is a lot to like about the product:
- It simplifies the revenue and deferred revenue recording in the G/L
- the product is intuitive and easy to use
- the True Rev team is always adding new features and functionality
- great customer service - always willing to jump on a call to work through an issue
- the standard reports ease the general ledger reconciliation process

Easy & Great Support
I have used other much more expensive rev rec software & this one is far simpler to use. Also, since there was a period that I was only using it occasionally, I would need some tech help to figure out why something looked weird to me & they are really quick to reply & help solve a problem, even if the problem was just I had forgotten how a particular thing worked. I works seamlessly with QBO too so I that has been super helpful.
