What do you like best about TrueRev?

I have used other much more expensive rev rec software & this one is far simpler to use. Also, since there was a period that I was only using it occasionally, I would need some tech help to figure out why something looked weird to me & they are really quick to reply & help solve a problem, even if the problem was just I had forgotten how a particular thing worked. I works seamlessly with QBO too so I that has been super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueRev?

I cannot use the beta automatic JE feature due to instructions from our CPA firm. The tech support people are VERY responsive & helpful when we have had issues like this in the past and have scheduled meetings to go over why something didn't work for us & then resolved the issue so I know if I tell them about it they'll solve it. I just haven't mentioned it bc I'm swamped rn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
