The video quality is so good, even in a low speed connection. Audio sometime delay in a very poor connection but it can auto speed up after that so you never miss any word.

It may be a bit subjective, but the application's interface is a bit difficult to navigate. It takes some time to learn how to use it. But with the training, we got the hang of it in just 20 minutes. It takes some time for technical support to resolve your issue if you don't purchase a technical support package, so sometimes you have to wait.
