It is also based on the most important settings in the accounts, so more important settings have a higher impact on the score. The thing I like absolutely the most is that they make it free for anyone under 50k spend a month. This is such a smart business move and it gives us freelancers that have just recently started a way to use the platform whilst we are still growing. The spelling checker and low performance keyword check are also very useful. **What do you dislike about TrueClicks?** Some things aren't as easily checked in the platform itself. As you sometimes still have to go to the editor or your account to make these changes, it's probably impossabile though but maybe something to keep in mind in case it is made possible because of Google changes. I also don't like how running the test again most of the time doesn't check the thing you just changed. So you mostly have to come back the next day in order to see your changes in full effect. The spelling checker also doesn't work at 100%, so it could take a long time to manually exclude everything that is actually correct **What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps save time on the small day-to-day tasks. Obviously it is best to still manually check these changes but it does save a lot of time when it shows a lot of the low performing keywords for you. The spelling checker also notifies you of some spelling mistakes you might have missed. Customizable conditions and filters for pacing & efficiency targets. The notifications via email are a lifesaver! 4. Critical account insights, issues, and optimization opportunities are highlighted and noted in all account views. This helps greatly with quality checks and ensuring no major issues are occurring within specific accounts at a quick glance. 5. The onboarding and support team has been A+ since the first outreach email. I really feel like TrueClicks genuinely cares about their customer experience and making sure the tool is helping make marketers' lives a lot easier. **What do you dislike about TrueClicks?** 1. No support for other advertising platforms outside of Google & Microsoft (Bing). It would be great to see support for Facebook Ads and TikTok on the roadmap for the future. **What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Helps us keep a close eye on pacing issues across multiple clients and platforms. 2. Flags and summarizes critical account issues that can greatly impact campaign performance. 3. Helps save time by being able to make changes straight out of the TrueClicks platform instead of having to navigate through Google or Bing Ads manually to accomplish the same thing. 4. My favorite feature has to be the Targets/Budgets that allows you to set spend and performance targets, then TrueClicks will monitor the current progress throughout the month. I also love that you get e-mail alerts when something goes wrong, e.g. an account not spending or not generating impressions over the course of the last day. **What do you dislike about TrueClicks?** Nothing here I really dislike. I'm positively surprised how many settings TrueClicks allows you to customize. With similar tools in the past, I've often run into problems not being able to customize the monitoring to specific ad accounts' needs (e.g. differentiating by different channels/brand vs non-brand, not running ads on weekends etc.) You can really set this up the way that works best for you. However, I would LOVE to see Meta Ads incorporated at some time because I love the monitoring for Google and Microsoft just so much. **What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using TrueClicks to monitor our clients' ad accounts, get notified about performance drops and check the budget pacing. TrueClicks also allows you to automate optimizing settings in your ad accounts. Some of those are useful like auto-dismissing Google's recommendations. Similar software would be too expensive for our small agency and we always wanted to implement a script solution but didn't have time - along comes TrueClicks and enables us to monitor our client accounts (Google + Microsoft!) for free (since we're <€50k spend/month)! **Official Response from Wijnand Meijer:** > Hi there, It's really great to hear you're positively surprised by our customization options for monitoring. On top of that the support is fast and decisive with suggestions and solutions to keep things going. **What do you dislike about TrueClicks?** For crucial monotiring alerts it still works better to have scripts in place because they are able to spot flaws faster. Simpy becasue they run on a more frequent base. **What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making sure all our accounts are audited in the same way and that saves us a lot of time aligning our work across multiple search teams. Having the scores on team level also increase the competiveness between specialist to do their best on every account and beat other teams. For me personnaly it gives me an clear overview if we are dropping the ball somewhere without having go through a slow Google Ads interface. Also the customizability in the budget pacing to create specific budget benchmarks are a campaign level rather than the account as a whole are great as well. **What do you dislike about TrueClicks?** As an agency paid media manager, the deep link to my accounts works great but most accounts my login isn't associated with so I can make any changes when I click on the deep link ad group. Not a horrible limitation but if you work for an agency with many clients the deep linking is not as useful as I thought just due to accounts being linked solely through our manager account. **What problems is TrueClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking the problem of switching Google accounts all day to hunt down issues or check budgets and throwing it all in one dashboard that I can pull up in the morning and figure out a plan for the day with. Perhaps best of all, Wijnand is incredibly welcoming of new ideas and immediately uses them to improve the tool. You hopefully won't need to use the checks too much, because once a check is processed in your account, you often don't need to look at it again. It's erganomic and intuitive design enables me to easily digest all the relevant information it provides. Not only that but the Urgent Issues, Errors and Disapproval alerts on the main page are great features that provide reassurance to anyone managing an account or multiple accounts. Furthermore, the audit insights it provides are second to none with cost-saving opportunities and growth opportunities readily available at all times. The task management element makes it a blessing for any team managers, whilst the "targets / budget" section makes it easy to maintain a clear picture of how an account is pacing. As well as all this, the auto appliers and perforamnce alerts are great for those out of office hours and help me sleep at night! This tool is everything you want it to be and I can't wait to see what else the True Clicks team develope next as I know it will be another thing that makes my worklife that much easier. It's ease of implementation makes it a blessing for any agency. The customer support function is exactly as you'd want it to be with the added bonus of a live chat function, meaning any issue will be dealt with pretty much instantaneously. I personally use it every day. Finally, there is a refreshing simplicity to the ease of integration when it comes to linking an account. Once it's linked, all you need to do is set up the custom attributes and away you go! **What do you dislike about TrueClicks?** Nothing to note really as it really does do everything I need it to do. It's not a dislike per se, but I'd love to see some sort of taxonomy enforcer feature as well as SA360 account integration eventually.
