I recently did an impromptu teaching session with an older employee - and they caught in very quickly. What do you dislike about truDigital Signage? The main downside is the speed / snappiness of the website. You can tell it was built on some older infrastructure. Other apps feel more snappy and changes don't take nearly as long to make as TruDigital. But once you get a feel for the speed, it isn't so bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We were trying to figure out a way to communicate with our floor employees - and having TVs set up in the breakrooms with TruDigital has really helped. It has been a great positive experience in its entirety in trudigital since it helps us to have good efficiency in each of the problems that we are solving in what is digital signage since it is of great benefit in how we can communicate with each one of clients to demonstrate a powerful experience in a personalized way and it helps us to have a good reproduction of powerful digital signs in any of its sources since it has a fascinating capacity in its different channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about truDigital Signage? I wish the boxes would update every 5 minutes instead of 10. Also, I attached the box to the back of the tv, with the antenna sticking out above, and also the box partially sticking out. From the ground it won't read the remote even though the antenna and part of the box is visible, I have to climb up on my counters and hold the remote right to the box to get it to read. I also have an issue with pdfs not being able to upload, after contacting support they told me to clear my cache and restart my browser. This fixes the issue but then the issue comes right back very quickly. Its constant clearing my cache and restarting the browswer so other things I am working on have to be closed too, which becomes time consuming and a hinderance. Specific modules/widgets needed maintenance when we implemented the TruDigital Unit, but that's a reasonable expectation to have with any technology.
