What do you like best?
Easy set-up, intuitive platform, numerous templates, fair pricing. Excellent customer service (which I have rarely needed). The employees are all very knowledgable about the product and willing to help. Very quick turnaround for issues, but like I said, I have rarely needed customer service. Only once that I can recall for a power-outage oncampus that knocked a player out. They were able to reset it immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
I wish that the templates were a little more customizable in-house. That being said, I did ask for a custom template and truDigital delivered beyond expectation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
